Combining Butter & Rapeseed oil seems a good compromise , health-wise & makes it more pliable for general use !

Heavenly taste
This butter is very nice. I started to buy it during my pregnancy, ate it with Finn Thins rye crispbread and smoked salmon or sliced cheese.
