Get a shade lighter than needed
I like this foundation. It has a good consistency and coverage. But like others have said, its colour is much darker than expected and gets alot darker after application! I don't think there is a colour in this range suitable for especially pale skin either. I'm usually a nude but found it too dark in this range so initially tried mixing a tiny bit of nude with light ivory for an inbetween shade.... It looked good going on but i quickly became conscious of the fact that I was getting darker and darker as my work day went on.....I felt like a glowing pumpkin by midday! I've used the light ivory on its own since which ends up a little darker than the average shade of nude which is actually quite nice

The best foundation I've ever purchased
I bought this foundation, just to try it out. All I can say that it's the best one I've ever purchased. It's light and easy to wear. It looks natural when applying it thinly which I found is best for me because it gives me a glow. The colour matching for darker skins is perfect! I bought the caramel colour. It lasts 24hrs, and it's cheaper than other foundations. I have since purchased more because I'm so impressed with it.

Odd foundation
It felt very cheap. Very runny and layered... not sure if it was just this btl or is it how it is meant to be...

Great everyday foundation
I got this when I found out it was the UK's equivalent of the CoverGirl’s Vitalist Elixir foundation which got rave reviews from people with dry skin. The finish is a beautiful natural satin and the coverage is a solid medium. While the shade range is awful the deepest shade Soft Sable is a realistic shade for dark skin with warm undertones that isn’t too red, isn’t too yellow and certainly not orange. It is comfortable to wear and fades gracefully after a full day. It is definitely not transfer resistant so will need to be set. I think this is being discontinued so I recommend anyone that enjoys this foundation to stock up!

Very sad to put a negative review in these difficult times
I have been buying Max factor foundation in its many different forms for several years. I always buy Natural 50 SPF 20 no matter what type. This shade has always been perfect for my colouring. However I am sad to say that this 'miracle' foundation was no miracle! It is not the same shade as previous purchases, it was much darker and orangey in colour, consequently when I applied it to my face I looked like an Umpa lumpa! Very disappointed, I don't think I will be buying from this seller again. Went to Boots and bought 3 for 2 which was per bottle slightly more expensive but I know that they will be the right shade. I'm very saddened to put a negative review in these uncertain times but I have wasted £7.21 on a poor product because I had to open the bottle to check the colour.

Ottimo prodotto!
Inizialmente mi sembrava molto più liquido rispetto agli ultimi fondotinta Max Factor acquistati, ma in realtà è molto impalpabile, si stende e si assorbe velocemente e non da assolutamente l'effetto mascherone. Consigliatissimo!

Farbe entspricht nicht ganz der bisherigen
als Makeup hatte ich bisher die Foundation von MaxFactorx Color adapt 55 Blushing Beige. Leider ist die Farbe bei der Nachfolge-Foundation nicht gleich. Qualität jedoch gut wie bisher.
