I received the product today, but I'm disappointed to find that the video quality doesn't meet the 4K standard. In fact, it's not even HD. Additionally, the remote control keeps freezing or hanging while in use, which is frustrating. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a solution.

Good gaming console

The media could not be loaded. this is definitely my best purchase ever, i can play 21000+ games without any lag at all i have been playing this for hours everyday now and this game called "Driver" in the PS1 section became my favourite instantlythe quality of the cut scenes of games is lit! feels like a movie going on, the controllers feels very comfortable and smooth and everything is fully working and every single game is playable not like others which crashes or flickers and although the monitor i used to play this is more than a decade old but still the game got no problemif you guys like old retro games of 90's and early 20's you should definitely purchase this and connecting it was soo easyalso the customer care is very friendly and helpful i needed a help finding some games and he helped me out.THIS DEFINITELY DESERVES 5 STARS!

I wish i could give 0 star, Useless product with 20 year old technology and graphics, harmful for kids eyes and well being, amazon is playing cheap and not allowing refund option.

Firstly the pros - True plug and play. Just insert the device and works out of the box. Controllers are decent but you need to out in batteries which is kind of expected given the price range. Have a huge collections of games. The problem is the screen display and the quality of the video on a 1080 FHD tv was not at all good. You cant call this an emulator. May work better on a monitor but definitely not 4k or a gaming console replacement or for retro lovers. Its good for kids who want to start playing. I returned mine. Mario was all over the screen, expected better video quality. So buy if you have a kid on the house and you want to just gift them something.

It's a very good product. It doesn't come with some games given , but it's very good . Some games need memory and password or whatever, but it's best to play retro games. Very nice and good , and worth the money . Best product under this price

The product is not working .. initiated return but the merchant accepted and the product was not picked up and haven't heard anything from the merchant side .. Worst product
