I have read up that Fulvic Acid helps to reduce fatigue and improves mental alertness. The taste is very strong as the base is asphalt (yes, the stuff they use on roads). I would recommend to take it as it is, dissolving it in water takes some time and you have to endure the taste for longer!I noticed after the 2nd week that my fatigue had reduced and after a month, my mental sharpness has certainly improved, especially after that 2pm slump!Its good stuff! Give it a go!

Looks like shilajit smells like shilajit, gives the energy kick and libido boost of shilajit but is disappointingly not the putty form however, the potency certainly is above average!The last one i bought of a different brand was like water and didn't smell of shilajit.If you know you know, proper high fulvic stuff is putty that eventually melts in your hands and can be formed into pea sized balls to swallow with water like a pill as os the proper method, so this has to be frozen or put in a warm drink or poured into capsules. 4/5 is more than fair

Excellent genuine product with certification

Due to what this produ t is, it tastes awful, like road tar. Best to mix with some food and eat quickly, drink plenty afterwards. Will continue use though to see if benefits kick in.
