Paper is good, but box and cutter suck
Here’s the positive: The paper is high quality. I love that it is unbleached. Now, the negatives: You have to open the box to get the cutter out (it’s taped to the start of the roll), but where you open it to get the cutter out is NOT where you will attach the cutter—that’s on the bottom of the box. There is a perforated area of the box that you have to remove in order to feed the paper through it, and it is next to this perforated area that you will stick the cutter (after removing the adhesive backing). However, the perforation and/or box paper suck, so that it is not at all easy or neat to create that opening for the paper to go through. But, okay, so you only have to do it once, and it doesn’t need to be neat. However, you do have to cut the paper until you’ve used the whole box, and the cutter is not wide enough for the paper. As a result, it takes more effort that should be required to cut the paper you need: You have to scrunch the paper over to make it fit under the cutter to get it started, and then you have to tear off a bit at the end because it doesn’t cut all the way through. Sometimes the cutter has a hard time getting started because of that scrunch you have to do, so then you get even more of a scrunch as the cutter just pushes into the paper instead of cutting it. Once it gets going, the cutter is smooth, however (until the end, of course, when it just stops short of cutting all the way through). You also might want to re-seal the box where you have to open it to get the cutter out, because it’s just inviting problems to have that flapping open when it serves no functional use anymore. Will I use this parchment paper? Yes, yes I will. Will I use the cutter? Probably not. It is going to be far more time efficient to just cut it with scissors.

Great paper, horrible box
The paper itself is great, and an excellent bargain for the size of the roll. My only issue is the box/cutter. The actual blade is fine, and cuts the paper cleanly. But the guide is exactly the length of the box, meaning that the blade can’t actually reach the very end of the paper. It’s not a deal breaker, just an annoyance. The box that the paper comes in falls apart if you look at it wrong. I had to wrap it in packing tape. Again, not a deal breaker, but it is annoying. I would get this paper again, despite the packaging flaws.

Natural and Does Not Leak.
This parchment paper is 15 inches wide. I have used it at temperatures of up to 450 degrees and it doesn't burn or leak oil or moisture. My pan stays clean and doesn't need washing after use. It has a plastic slide through receptacle for the paper to go through and a cutting edge to it so you can slide the cutter along the paper without tearing edges or needing scissors. The plastic piece is a bit shorter than the paper. It works but it would be better if the slide through with cutter was a bit longer instead of shorter to the paper. I still like that feature though. Nothing sticks to the paper while cooking. I use it instead of aluminum foil. I like that is is brown and not bleached. It is natural and made of wood pulp so it is biodegradable. It is a fine product.Edit 10/13/24: Granted that the packaging, specifically the slide cutter, isn't done as well as it could be, I'm upping the rating to 5 star because of how good this paper is. I just baked bread at 500 degrees and while the paper did brown, it did not blacken. I've never used a parchment paper that handled the heat as well as this. Good stuff!

Great price point!
I’m reviewing "SMARTAKE Parchment Paper Roll for Baking, 15 in x 108 ft, 135 sq.ft, Non-Stick Unbleached Parchment Paper, Oven Baking Paper with Slide Cutter, for Kitchen Baking Cooking Grilling Steaming" which I received via the VINE program.I do a lot of baking and have used parchment paper as long as it's been out. This quantity is a great price considering I spend half of what this costs for a quarter of the amount. The paper itself is exactly as I expect it to be but the roll with the built in cutter leaves some to be desired. The paper is ever so slightly wider than the perforated cut out for it and same for the sliding cutter, the paper is wider than the track of the cutter meaning I have to bend it slightly to get it cut.I'm honestly not very worried about that as I usually crumble my paper then smooth it out to keep it from rolling on itself in a pan. Either way, this parchment paper is great and will last me quite a while!
