I have tried several electrolytes and most of them are extremely sugary and Spike my sugar levels as well as make me more dehydrated. But this item, the electrolytes are absolutely perfect without all the added sugar. They do keep me hydrated. It is something I will continue to purchase. And it tastes great

Been a big fan of Ultima for 10+ years now. This one is great for insuring I get my 80 oz of water a day and settling my stomach when taking GLP/ GIP meds. Settles my stomach and Raspberry Lemonade is my favorite flavor. They are all good really. Dissolves in water quickly. Expensive but with it.

I began using Ultima electrolytes when I started the carnivore diet back in November 2024. The flavors are great and sugar-free, which is a bonus for weight loss. With this particular pack, I love the flavor as it tastes like a juice. I use this as a "preworkout" and mix it with my creatine. You also get the pre and probiotics which help with gut health (not sure how much of it actually gets absorbed). I like these because they are easy to use and it's a single packet that I can just grab and go. Now for the price, their regular electrolytes are 20 packets for about 20 dollars and sometimes they are on sale but this one is 14 for 20 making it more expensive. I have not seen a change with the pre and probiotics personally so I might just switch to the regular electrolytes. I like that they don't have too many ingredients and keep me hydrated through my workouts. I recommend trying their other electrolyte selection as they were Effective in keeping me hydrated during carnivore which causes a lot of cramps. I would take 2 daily. Quick delivery was the best part.

delicious flavor! Also really helps keep me hydrated and helps with daily bloating. I have since bought more flavors and items of this brand and none of them have disappointed! It also helps curb my craving for something sweet.

Just started using , but I want something cleaner, I am on carnivore diet and very careful about products. The item for now is very nice but the sweetener is not exactly right for me now.

Ultima's electrolytes saved me during my 8 day water fast. Unlike other electrolyte powders that I've had in the past, they don't have a weird aftertaste and it's not salty! They are all absolutely delicious! I have had the Gut health, the TeaFresher variety pack, and the original variety pack. I love it all! I have shared it with family and friends and they love it also! The packs are super convenient to carry anywhere, and I felt hydrated! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
