All the apps that were downloaded to the phone worked fine, including internet banking. The only real problems I had with the phone was the heat generated by the phone when using WhatsApp video calling. The phone got very hot, which then affected the performance and quality of the video call. The only other downsides were battery drainage, which I overcame by having a battery pack to recharge the phone, and the heat generated when the phone was charging.Otherwise not a bad phone for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Impressed *by A***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 June 2018* This phone is really fantastic. I decided I needed a long overdue upgrade to my ancient S3 Mini and this phone seemed to tick all the boxes within my budget. One of the biggest deciders was that this phone comes with Android Oreo - the latest version of Android. Having been unable to install or update multiple apps on my old phone I wanted a phone that would be up to date and future-proof.My initial impression from unboxing the phone was the improved size - I went from my old 4" phone to this 5.5" beast. Whilst being notably bigger, it is a comfortable size and very easy to use. In fact, the bigger screen means I no longer have to use my stylus to operate the phone - a big bonus.The build quality is great too. The all plastic body is sturdy and well weighted and has a real feel of quality about it. The phone looks a lot more expensive than it is. It comes with a fitted screen protector and gel case which means the phone is protected from the moment you receive it.The phone performs great in every area. The screen is vibrant, crisp and responsive. Call quality is clear on both the earpiece and loudspeaker. Apps are so much snappier to use compared to my old phone, with minimal lag or loading time. The camera quality is an improvement on my old phone, the GPS has been accurate when I've tried it and battery life is a step up from my old phone, getting a full day of medium use off one charge. Other perks include the finger print sensor, which I prefer using over the old screen swipe unlock, and dual sim card slots - which are great if you have separate work and personal numbers.Overall I really can't fault this phone. It has delivered an upgraded experience for me in every area compared to my old phone and I really am thrilled with my purchase.
