Love, love, love this item. Extremely easy to connect with WiFi and program from phone without everything being right on top of each other. Wish it was possible to copy and paste one outlets program to another on same strip. Working wonderfully for my Xmas villages though. Have multiple on/off times per day during week and differently on weekend. AND, no annoying ticking sound like we use to have from the old timers. Plus, I’m able to easily click on and off if my son won’t stop playing with the train. Going to buy single outlet too.

I am so disappointed that this power strip didn't work out. It has great features and a nice app at a good price.For the first month or two, things were great. Setup was easy. The app didn't have much of a learning curve. The scheduled on/off function performed as expected. It just worked and I loved it.Sometime during the second month, however, it started acting strangely. Every so often we started to hear the power strip click off and then back on. The devices that were plugged into it would also turn off and on. Since I was using this to control my aquarium, I had to quickly go back to my old power strip as I couldn't trust my fish to this one.I tried resetting the powerstrip. Deleting the profile in the app. Deleting and reinstalling the app. I even tried a different outlet because I was out of ideas. Nothing seemed to work.Convinced that it was probably a hardware issue, and because the return window had closed, I decided to purchase a replacement.The new power strip is exhibiting the same behavior out of the box. I give up. I'm returning the new power strip and will try my luck with a different brand.

The app lets you pick the room the power strip is in for easier categorization, and label the plugs so you don't make the mistake i made. Looking forward to use it with alexa once my echo arrives.

Love the design! perfectly fits and sits on your existing outlets. Set up was easy with the Smart Life app. After installation, it immediately updated its firmware! There is little to no delays when using the app when turning the power on or off. It also has a very bright light indicator when it's on. I'm excited to try this with my alexa! Overall, this is a good product for its value and a good addition to your smart home!

I have purchased dozens of smart home products from amazon and this is the first that will not work for me. I have tried a second just to be sure the first one wasn't defective. They literally need to be on top of router to work. 2 rooms away from my ORBI system (rated as one of the strongest) and it cannot be found after being set up. Move it back to the room with the router and it works. To make things worse, I ordered 4 of them and they are outside the return window.

I bought this 9 months ago and it worked as intended. I use mine in the living room to control the lights and the recliner. I have been happy with my purchase, so I decided to order another for the bedroom. The second strip refused to connect at all. No matter what I did.Bear in mind that I ALREADY OWN ONE THAT IS PRESENTLY CONNECTED TO THE SAME ROUTER that's been here for over a year. I wasted half an hour tonight getting this to connect. I chose AP mode after it wouldn't detect automatically, and the Wi-Fi Hotspot named "Smart********" never came up to connect to.If you can't produce devices that work consistently, you do not deserve more than one star because customers deserve better than a hit-and-miss experience. Returning this.

This set comes with 2 smart plugs. The instruction is clear and very easy to set up. Just download the app and connect it with 2.4G wireless and it starts working right away. So now I can control/set up the lamp in the living room with a schedule for runtime or turn on/off the lamp in a bedroom from my bed at night instead of getting up to do it. Going to get more in the kitchen and office room. It's smart!!!

I recently purchased the Amazon TV Cube and quickly figured out how to connect my Nest thermostat to it. Pretty cool stuff. Now I am looking for new home stuff that I can connect to the Alexa. Ran into this wifi smart wall socket, and it is really cool. I have it setup for one of the lights in the family room, and I have it setup such that when I walk into the family room and ask Alexa to turn on the TV, it also turns on the lights. Way cool.
