This was recommended by my acupuncturist for my back and I must say it works wonders she said it loosen and let the blood flow and also stop the pain.I also use it on my knees you will notice it cause the pain is gone.. Great gel but so expensive
This gel works pretty well I do notice pain relief with it. I’ve had multiple orthopedic surgeries and am trying to decrease use of OTC pain drugs. It absorbs really fast and leaves skin soft. It is too expensive though because you do have to apply a thick layer so it doesn’t last long.

Outstanding product. Used after a breast explant surgery. I had close to no bruising. It does what it says it does, seriously. If your looking for something after a surgery this WORKS :) & it helped with pain! It goes on smoothly for my breast area a little went a long way! 5 star easily

Very effective, and great price.
I love this cream. This has been very effective on muscle soreness, bruising, and even a pretty bad soft tissue injury on my 81 yo mother that had a fall. It reduced pain and swelling, seemed to speed up healing. It cost 3x more in the store than ordering off Amazon. Very happy.

Best natural over the counter topical pain reliever!
Arnica has been a long time player in traditional herbal medicine for centuries. It can be used for treatment of muscle pain, joint pain, inflammation, bruising, sprains and strains. I always have a tube of this at home as I have a very athletic family and this is our go to product. This is an excellent price and more cost effective than buying at a drugstore.

It works ok. It stops the pain in the joints for a little while, but a few hours later you need to add more.
