Can you spin a load of clothes twice to dry?

You could spin twice, but after a short time on first spin, you're very unlikely to get any more water out of the clothes. A second spin would really accomplish nothing other than a few drops at best. Hope this helps.

What is the size of machine?

I have the Blue and White 17.6lbs is not like your regular washer it's a lil smaller but it works good.... If you do purchase make sure to also purchase the protection plan.
