I have owned several brands of countertop Reverse Osmosis machines over the last few years, but none has been as easy to use as this one. It was easy to bring online, meaning flushing the system 6-8 times before its first time use. Assembly was as straightforward as removing the packing tape, filling the reservoir with water, and plugging it in. It dispenses three different preset volumes of great tasting water. It also quickly dispenses 4 different temperatures of water to include room temperature, 115 degrees, 185 degrees, and 212 degrees. That functionality of providing different water temperatures is perfect for baby formula, coffee, tea, or oatmeal. The 6-stage filter with the UV light provide 7 stages of water purification. I also love that it is designed with a built In TDS Meter that is easy to read. Also with a 3:1 pure-to-drain ratio, it’s 1200% more efficient than traditional RO systems. There is only one filter to change and that can be accomplished in seconds and even provides a tool to use for removing and replacing the filter. It also indicates when the filter is reaching the end of its life which gives you a chance to order a new filter that is available on Amazon. The functionality, price point, filter availability, temperatures dispensed, pure to drain ratio, and great tasting water make this the best RO machine I have owned. I highly recommend it.

The product is very easy to use, I love that there’s different water temperatures. The water does flow out a bit slow but I don’t mind as I fill a pitcher with alkaline to add in some minerals and put it in the fridge. The water taste fine and I can use the boiling water for cup noodles and such. Will definitely recommend!

I’ve been using the ECOVIVA MATE4 reverse osmosis system for a few months now, and the water quality has been excellent — clear, fresh, and great tasting. Recently, I had an issue where the tank was full, but the system displayed it as empty. I contacted customer support, and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and helpful they were.They provided clear instructions, and thanks to their guidance, the machine is now working perfectly again. It’s rare to find a company that not only makes a good product but also stands behind it with real support.Highly recommended — both for the filter and the service behind it.

Works great! I’ve had this a few days now and it’s already become a go to appliance. It was very simple to set up and takes up a very small footprint on our counter (see image). We simply do not have the under the sink space for a more involved system, and did not want to go through all of the set up. This was a perfect solution for us. Water tastes great and gives me peace of mind, knowing I’m not drinking such hard water. Our water tested at 104 TDS (using a separate tester) and this keeps the water at or below 10. Ecoviva customer support has also been outstanding, as I had a couple of questions. Highly recommend this product and I can see it being a staple in our home for years to come.

We really like the convenience of this reverse osmosis water system. It is easy to set up and easy to use. My husband and I go through one tank of water each day. It doesn't take any time at all to re-fill and have the system ready to go for our next drink. I really appreciate the instant hot water for my tea/coffee. I did a lot of research on the best system for the money, and I'm happy with this purchase. I give this system high marks for taste and health benefits and consider it a good value for the money.

Arrived today. After running several cycles of flushing the system, seems to work fine! I definitely like the hot water feature. The 3 water amount selections are different from other brands, but you can stop the flow where you like it. The water flow if definitely slower than other brands, but works for me. The tank is a little smaller than other brands, but fit my needs just fine. Will see how long the water filter lasts in time. With the hot water selections, I can now remove the electric hot water kettle. I would recommend this.

Super slow output (40-50 seconds for one little 8oz cup). Tanks are very small- less than 2 liters produced before the tank needs to be drained and refilled. Overpriced disappointment!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great product and responsive customer service when I was having what I thought was an issue with the buttons it turns out I was pressing the buttons too hard when all it took was a light touch of each button to make the flow of product great and it is functioning properly after all. I highly recommend this product to anyone as it leaves my hard water much softer and clear as i can ask for. Also provides perfect temperature options for my daily tea. Will purchase again and recommend to friends.
