The taste is quite good and my stomach tells me that it should be gluten free.
I like the taste, a bit on the light side but taste very “soy sauce” to me (unlike San-j Tamari that taste like Maggie)I love it and will buy more. It is also very good for making soup.

I am just learning about 'better' soy sauces, I started at the bottom with basic, highly-marketed sauces found on every grocer's shelves, just like many folks. This Sempio soy sauce is quite good! Best soy sauce
I just found the soy sauce a couple of months ago, and when I tell you, it changes all of my dishes for the better. I cook a lot of Asian food and I have been using Kikoman, but never again this Korean soy sauce is mild and savory, and just makes everything taste like it came from a good restaurant. it’s perfect for lo mein stirfry and perfect for fried rice dishes. My beef and broccoli dish has tasted so much better since I started using Sempio
