Wasted
No instructions, no software, no support.. It's just a brick.

no instructions or software.
Hardware appears to work and appears as a COM port in windows, but no instructions on how to use it. I tried Thingmagic's URA software but it doesn't seem to recognize it over the serial port. Some simple instructions on how to operate this would be helpful. otherwise, its a brick.

This product did not come with the tags listed in the description, nor did it come with any of the software needed to use it.

This unit powers up, meaning the red light turns on, but no instructions. Completely useless. Don't waste your time.
