Caffeine and D-Ribose Energy Mints - 100mg Caffeine per Mint - 72 Pouches (3 Boxes) - Orange Cream Flavor

I absolutely love peak energy minutes. I don't know what it is, but it's the only energy product I have used that has D-Ribose in it. If I don't have time for coffee in the morning I will use it. If I need to go to the gym later in the day and I'm tired I use it. I have a stash of peak energy mints in my car, at my desk and in my briefcase. I'm an avid sportsman and have lots of mornings where I am up way before the sun is. Often I'm scrambling around looking for gear and getting ready with no time for a leisurely cup of coffee. The mints are awesome on those mornings. I'm done with Starbucks, energy drinks and caffeine pills. These energy mints work well and I never crash after I use them. Maybe it's the lack of sugar that you get with an energy drink? I don't know but I like them. As far as I'm concerned it's the only way to go when you need a little extra boost. Well worth the money in my opinion.

It may give you energy but the taste is so tart/sour that I can't even describe it. I had several friends try it and none of them could tolerate it.

I'm sure these will work great for many people who just need a practical source of caffeine. Unfortunately, they leave a terrible aftertaste for me - the caffeine content isn't hidden sufficiently, you can taste it clearly. I can't consume them the way they're intended - by slowly melting - I had to chew them quickly. That makes them glorified caffeine pills.On the plus side, they did work well; caffeine content is about right, and it's delivered reliably. So YMMV, if you can handle the taste, they'd be great.

They work well but taste is very bitter. Result makes the flavor tolerable in my case because they perform as advertised. Five stars if they tasted better.

I highly recommend these mints. I am a very active individual and turn to energy supplements frequently to aid my output. I am an extra full-time (15+ credit hour) student. When cramming for exams or doing homework, I found that taking certain other energy products like energy drinks and energy shots was counterproductive, as they initially made me anxious and unable to focus, only to then be left lethargic and unmotivated. I heard something about the synergistic relationship between d-ribose and caffeine, and a friend turned me on to these mints. I can attest to the "d-ribose difference" these mints claim to have. They seem to allow me to increase my alertness while still being able to focus. It's a nice plateau of energy that I haven't found with any other product.I also exercise daily. On days that I do resistance training, I sometimes like to take an energy supplement to get me mentally PUMPED and physically stimulated. However, I do not enjoy, trust, nor see the purpose for beta-alanine and other such mystery ingredients in pre-workout supplements. Pre-workouts can be costly and cause unpleasant effects. I like peak energy as a substitute for these pre-workout supplements.Also, I consider myself environmentally aware and enlightened. While there is still some waste involved with consuming these mints (a small wrapper), I like the fact that their packaging is limited.I don't always take energy suppleements, but when I do, I prefer Peak energy

A TOP SHELF Product. I have been using Peak Energy for sometime now. Love the new Orange Cream flavor which provides me variety to enjoy. I give frequent presentations and facilitate group training sessions. Peak provides me the focus, mental alertness and concentration so critical to successfully perform these tasks without mental fatigue. I also appreciate that I do not suffer a crash as Peak wears off.
