I have several chargers and this is the best one by a mile. Buy 2 one home and one for the road travel bag.Update now I’ve had this charger for 3 weeks and I have to give it 2 thumbs up. Not to be to technical but this powerhouse has 377 watt hours or 4 times the power you are 3 times over the max you can carry on an airplane. I saw someone could only charge it to 95% this depends on the type of charger and cable. The charger I use I use the 600watt charger usbc charger on Amazon which is the best don’t buy anything else also I use the best cables only buy “Chubby Cable” it’s a cable company on Amazon look it up their products are amazing and super well made you can’t even burn them with a lighter!! I reshare it up to 100% finally. Also buy a charging monitor also on Chubby Cable it will monitor everything you charge to perfectly. You will never wear out this charger in your life time.

It did take a while to arrive, but what a beast. I have had it charging laptops phones and everything else. Still hasn't run down from original charge after a few weeks. And on that note, it came properly charged for long term sitting around at around 73%. Would buy another one.

Upon receiving this product, I immediately noticed the power bank had wear and tear. The unit was scratched up in areas, missing paint in other areas and looked as if sand paper had been rubbed across the digital screen, and the internals of USB charging ports were crooked (red flag number 1). I immediately became suspicious because this usually means the item is a defective return from someone else. When I hit the power button, the digital screen never turned on, so I assumed the battery was completely dead. However, when I plugged in the power bank to a charging port, the digital screen finally turned on - displaying a 78% charge (another red flag).I followed the instructions and used the supplied power cable to connect to a charging station used for similar mAh power banks and walked away for about 8 hours. However, upon my return I noticed the digital display only moved up 1% after 8 hours of charging (another red flag). Noticing the extremely slow charge rate, I disconnected my charger, and upon doing this, I realized my charger outlet was extremely hot, as were spots on the power bank itself (highly dangerous).I wanted to verify if the input port was possibly defective, so after I let everything cool down, I switched to the other port labeled for both input/output. Again, I encountered the same issue..I also verified my charging setup was not malfunctioning by allowing it to cool down once again, then connected to a charging port on another 96,000 mAh power bank that I've verified actually works. The other brand charger recharged with no issue or heat spikes, letting me know that it's not an issue with my charging station.For kicks, I plugged in a spare phone to see how well it actually charges. This bank will not charge anything fast.. All my other power banks provide fast charging (even cheap $15 Wal-Mart specials). However, this station only offered VERY slow charging capabilities. I removed the phone pretty quickly out of fear I would fry my phone.Long story short, I was shipped a used and defective power bank that had the potential to burn down my house. Unfortunately because this is a 3rd party seller through Amazon, the return process is not straight forward. Been on the phone with customer service to get my money back, and to get this fire hazard out of my house. Avoid at all cost!Do not believe the other reviews that gave this 5 stars. These are likely fake bought and paid for reviews..
