OK - it has become the ONLY toothpaste I use. It was recommended to me by an dentist and I tried it- now I won't use anything else. And each tube lasts a long time, and meets air travel requirements.Long on flavor and great for not hurting gums or enamel

Yes, it’s expensive, but is works. I have receding gums and this toothpaste helps keep my exposed roots sensitivity down. I feel it’s better than sensodyne, because Carifree doesn’t just build up around your teeth, it literally helps them heal and regrow enamel. If it didn’t, I would yelp in pain almost every time something other than room temperature went in my mouth. It works for me and my wife.

I bought this toothpaste because my friend who is a dentist recommended it. She has seen the number of cavities go down for her clients especially ones found around receding gum lines. The toothpaste is more expensive than regular toothpaste but if it prevents future dental work it will be worth it, time will tell.

I’m on my fourth tube and haven’t noticed a difference like others yet. But I’ll give it a chance with two more tubes to go. Then I’ll decide either to stay or find one that might help better. This was recommended because the Boka toothpaste wasn’t making a difference.
