Works great!! My daughter in law told my grandkids (3 and 5) it would help their muscles grow lol) they are not happy sleepers lol so they allowed her to put this on for stronger muscles and they slept better!! Thank goodness!!!

My 18 month old has restless legs at night. He will just kick and kick! Even in his sleep! But not with this!! Rub his feet and legs down with this every night and it helps him so much! It’s very effective! It doesn’t have a scent so it doesn’t bother my fiancés allergies. It’s not greasy and soaks in very quickly. It is a small container, but you do not use a large amount, every time you use it so it last a long time! Worth every penny! I have bought this several times!

Recommended by my baby's therapist to help her sleep. She is autistic and bedtime is a whole thing that usually ends with a couple hours of her fighting it and a full blown meltdown but the first night I used (rubbed into belly and legs including feet) she was asleep within an hour and only woke up a couple times. I slept more than a couple hours for the first time in two years. It has a light scent and isn't too greasy and rubs in easily. She actually help rub on her legs now. I can't recommend this product enough.

I bought this magnesium cream to see if it would help our 2-year-old sleep better, and I’m not totally convinced it did, but I don’t think it hurts at all. It smells very light and comforting because of the lavender, and it’s a very light cream that absorbs quickly. You do not have to use a lot at all, so I’m sure this container will last us for months. Because of that, I believe this is a great value for your money.

It works great for my neurotypical daughter. Knocked her little butt out.. However, for my AuDhd daughter, it had the opposite effect. She is still currently awake with a ton of energy. It smells nice though.

I’m so glad I bought this for my son, he’s autistic and was having a lot of trouble with settling down in the evenings and once aslee he’d wake in the middle of the night about 3 times a week and since using this cream he’s waken about once over the 3 weeks time frame I’ve been using and within 2-3 days we noticed the effectiveness. The scent is so calming and perfect that it’s natural ingredients! The texture isn’t heavy or thick creams it’s so light and non greasy. The cost is so inexpensive for 2 you get a great value

I do like how this goes on and smells. It seems to work good when my baby is going to sleep too when I rub on the bottom of his feet.
