Generally speaking I consider myself to be a practical person with good DIY skills. However, assembling this drove me nuts until I realised that it's probably a good idea to take the assembly instructions; tear them up and throw them away, I tried to follow them but I couldn't fathom what I was supposed to be doing so I decided to work it out for myself .... and it was dead easy. The instructions make a simple job look difficult so I would suggest not bothering with them.Once assembled it looks great and works well with the counter giving a gentle, competitive edge to playing with it. The fact that it comes with 4 balls is brilliant as it means everyone can get a shot and the likelihood of squabbling is reduced.I have three gripes which mean I feel I can only award 4 stars:-1. The useless assembly instructions which make an easy job difficult2. The lack of supplied batteries. I find it hard to forgive that as the hoop won't work fully until it has batteries. If you are spending 50 quid on something that needs batteries to operate it the least the manufacturers could do is give you everything you need.3. The spacer pads, which hold the backboard away from the door it's hanging from, are too easily dislodged. If you intend to hang the hoop and just leave it then it will be fine. However, if you need to remove/replace it regularly then the pads get knocked off with the slightest bump and begin to lose their stickiness.Overall, however, it is an excellent item. My twin grandsons love it and I am happy to recommend it.

This is really easy to put together, and easily hands on the door. The hoop folds up (although a bit fiddly) so it can be left on the door without sticking out.I broke the pump, I think I was a little heavy handed, luckily other pumps work just fine.It's a lot of fun, and the sound can be turned off so it can be a pretty quiet toy.This doesn't come with batteries so you'll need some AAs on hand if you want to use the board counter/noises

Ok for the kids to get them off their devices for 5 mins.Very expensive at £45! not worth the price. This is so much fun. It easily fits over the door easily and easy to set up..the score board at some fun to the game. Definitely recommend

Easy to put together and even easier to fit.Fine for outdoor use to, it fits over my garage door. I wouldn't leave it out in the rain.The padding on the mounting brackets is really thick and does a good job in muffling the sound.The electric score counter can be muted, thankfully!The only real niggle is that it sometimes registers a basket when the ball doesn't actually pass through the hoop.

My son is forever asking for basketball hoop and this is perfect for his room. Its a nice size and quality. Its perfect and light. 10/10

My daughter loved it, it's super fun with 2 game modes, LED lights and sound effects when you score.Assembly was very easy (2-3 minutes) and all the tools were provided. The basketball hoop fits nicely on the door without any issues and you can still close the door with the hoop on it. The set includes 4 basketballs and a small pump to inflate them. The sensor works perfectly and detects the ball every single time which is good.The only minor downside is that the sensor is quite sensitive so sometimes if the ball doesn't go in the sensor will detect it and count it (not a massive issue though).Overall it's a great toy and very fun. The hoop is holdable which is great and the quality is excellent.I would recommend it.

This indoor basket ball game is great for the winter months. It can be setup behind any door, which makes it a good choice. It's a good quality product and works well for counting baskets.

The media could not be loaded. This was the perfect gift for my 9 year old nephew who loves playing basketball. He will be able to use this on rainy and cold days when he can’t go outside. It can hang over his bedroom door. We tested it out in their hallway for more room. He thought the cheering led screen was cool especially since it keeps your score. There are two game modes and a mute button, which his parents appreciated. LOL! It seems pretty durable and came with foam pads to protect your door. It was super easy to set up and even came with the tools you needed. There are 4 small basketballs and a small pump. I think this will keep him busy this winter.
