Helps lessen pain of hypermobility a lot! I hope the velcro holds out for a long time. I wear this for a few hours at a time feeding horses and cleaning houses and most of the time i forget i'm even wearing it because it's pretty comfortable. I lke that i can adjust the compression myself depending on how much support i feel i need or want. I hope it lasts for a long time. It tkes a bit to get used to putting it on, and it's pretty inconvenient when you gotta use the bathroom. But i deal with it for the help it gives. I used the measurements and size guide and the fit is accurate. I like the pink accent. I would buy again.

Would work better if they weren’t so long in the waist

I ordered this for my husband. He has been suffering from hip pain. He wanted support for both hips. He is extremely satisfied with this brace.

They were way too bulky and hard to get on. Returned them

I constantly get dislocated hips just from walking or my hip will sublux in my sleep and when I wake up after I pop my hip back into place wearing this the day after and when I am on a day I know I am not doing the greatest is a huge relief. It helps keeps my body more stable and my hips (if they could) scream with relief. This has been a huge game changer since I got it in. It does take a while to ship and come in which was the only down side but well worth the wait for anyone who knows the pain that I just described.

This helps a great deal when I’m at home and I have one kneecap that is very painful due to torn ligaments. The right hip is due to no damage from sciatica so this really helps to stabilize both and let me move around the house.
