Excellent Value and Top-Tier Support
I've been using the TOZO OpenEar Ring daily for a few weeks now, primarily for remote meetings and music while working from home and I have to say, for the price point, this product delivers impressive quality. The open-ear design is perfect for staying aware of my surroundings without compromising too much on sound quality. Voices during meetings come through clear and crisp, and music playback is surprisingly well-balanced with decent bass and clarity, especially for this category of earbuds. They're lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day. It fits so well, I can barely feel them on my ears which is a huge plus during long work sessions. The range is also impressive and I can stay connected to my computer while going downstairs to refill my coffee. The battery life also gives me 2-3 days of connectivity with single charge, based on my daily usage. One major highlight for me was TOZO’s customer support. My first unit had a minor defect which surfaced after a couple of months of usage, but the replacement process was quick and hassle-free. They responded promptly, and I had a new unit in hand without jumping through hoops, something that’s become rare these days.Overall, the TOZO OpenEar Ring strikes a great balance between affordability and daily functionality, and their excellent customer service makes it easy to recommend. If you're looking for a solid pair of open-ear earbuds for work-from-home productivity and casual listening, this is a great pick.

Very good sound
I've been using these earbuds at work for a week. There's a lot of noise, but even though they don't have noise cancellation, they have good volume. The sound quality is good. I can connect them with the Tozo app and adjust the equalizer to my liking. I like how they fit in my ear and they're very comfortable. I don't feel any discomfort and they don't fall out. It's a great option to avoid other earbuds that go inside your ear. It also includes a warranty when you register the product. The price is a positive thing; they're good and cheap.

Insanely comfortable, surprisingly good sound.
I ordered these as a solution for wearing in the office -- replacing my Tozo Crystal Buds, which were excellent but one bud has stopped working after around 3 years of use. I thought an open ear design would be nice for a quiet office where someone might need to talk to me at any time. The form factor and design of these is great. The "ear cuff" design is such a good idea, and they fit comfortably on my ears, to the point thar I forget I have them on.I was skeptical of the sound quality -- and, granted, you're never going to get as full a sound as when you're wearing an in-ear with a good seal -- but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it sounds a lot like wearing open-back headphones. It almost sounds like you're listening on a decent speaker rather than through headphones, and I find myself double-checking that my bluetooth is actually on and I'm not just blasting the office with my podcasts out loud! Despite this, there's very little sound leak to the outside at normal listening volume. The setup was as easy as any Tozo buds, though one earbud didn't want to connect at first. The battery life seems comparable to other Tozos -- lasting a full work day with a charge break at lunch. There are a couple of main cons with these:1. No wireless charging on the buds case. This has been included with every other Tozo set I've owned, and I find I miss it.2. Lower water resistance than something like the T12s or Crystals. Granted, the open design of these makes it impossible to actually hear if you were to use them in the shower, but I liked the extra protection on the case of something getting accidentally thrown in the wash (it has happened to my T12s and they survived)3. Tricker touch controls. You'll notice that play/pause is set to double-tap rather than single-tap by default. This is likely because, while turning your head in certain ways, it is possible for the back of the earbud -- where the touch sensor is -- to contact the side of your head/neck, so it's easy to accidentally activate a single-press touch. You can adjust the touch controls in the app, but I find that leaving the single click option blank is for the best. This means you essentially have one fewer option than the other buds. It's not a huge deal for me as I basically only use play/pause and volume.4. Sound suffers slightly from the design and from smaller drivers. The app's EQ helps somewhat. It's still good for a fully open earbud.Overall, I hope these last.

Great value!
I bought these because I am on a quest for the best affordable bluetooth open-ear earbuds. These are the best I've tried so far with my Pixel phones.I've tried several other styles. The kidney-shaped ones are the worst for me, because they reposition far too easily, requiring constant adjustment. I kind with the stems are pretty good, but I dislike the controls, which never seem to work on the first try. For the record, I definitely like my over-the-ear JBLs the best as bluetooth headphones go, but they are not of this type. I also had a pair of metal wired earbuds, the kind with the stem, that were great -- but they are not bluetooth.Anyway, I'm very happy with these TOZO earbuds. They stay in place. They sound good. The battery life is good. They are comfortable. The charging case is exceptionally excellent, because it actually stays open, rather than slamming shut halfway through the process of putting my earbuds away like the case for my stemmed earbuds does. The one thing I don't like, the one thing that makes me rate these as a 4 for me is that I have attached earlobes. I think that lack of a floppy earlobe prevents me from getting the best connection of the sound with my ears. Please note that I only use these to listen to audiobooks while mowing and doing other chores, or just walking. I haven't tested them much beyond that. But I'd say, if you have actual earlobes and you want good sound for a good price, I'd recommend this set of earbuds. Heck, I even like them and use them a lot even with my attached lobes!
