Amazingly fun to use packing cube
If you’re looking for a compressible packing cube that feels more like a treat than a travel chore, the Peak Design Packing Cube is it. This is the kind of gear that actually makes you happy when you use it. It’s incredibly lightweight, yet the material feels premium and thoughtfully crafted—like something built to last through a thousand miles and still look good doing it.The zippers are excellent, smooth and durable, and the pull tabs make opening and closing a breeze (seriously, it’s kind of satisfying). Inside, there’s plenty of space for multiple shirts and pants, and the compression function works beautifully when you need to tighten things down for space. If you’re tired of flimsy cubes that frustrate more than they help, this is a game changer. It’s minimal, sleek, and feels like one of those small luxuries that actually delivers.

Sturdy and nice
Does the job it is supposed to do compacting clothes and nice extra features with the easy opening. Feels pretty well made as most peak design products I have tried

The best packing cube I’ve used
I’ve been using packing cubes for 15 years, and this is the best I’ve found. Even though Peak Design calls it a “medium”, it’s a large compared to others, and offers enough space to fit a week of travel clothes & casual wear without overstuffing it. It seems this packing cube was made to work with the Peak Design travel backpack, but it fits perfectly in most popular 35-40L travel backpacks and small rollaboard luggage. I especially like the separate compartment where I can store dirty clothes and detergent sheets in a sandwich bag in case I need to do laundry on an extended trip. The only negative point for the packing cube is while the rip-open feature is fun, the zippers do not close all the way, but a #1-size S-biner will fix that and keep them closed as they have a tendency to open if you pack it completely full. This is a great design, and the materials are top-notch. If you value high-quality luggage, you’ll want these packing cubes to go with them!

Super quality
This is my second product I bought from Peak Design, their product is made solid with top notch material, the same goes for their compression packing cube.

Great compression cubes if you don't overstuff them, high quality packing
The media could not be loaded. I looked and reviews for many compression cubes before trying these. I ordered two of medium more square ones, and one of the smaller rectangular ones. I have added both a video and photos. Amazon would only let me add one video so I chose to show you how it fits in a 60L duffle bag. The photos also show them in a hard sided 20" carry on wheeled case for scale. Just as others noted, the quick release to open zipper do come partially open on their own if too over-stuffed. I had to play around with them to see how to fold and how much would fit in it. My tendency was to over fill, rather than pack less. Somewhat of a learning curve on my part. I do think they are of high quality and zippers seem as though they will last, the company says lifetime warranty on them so that's a plus. I like that the edges are rather floppy around the zipper unlike the Thule cubes which are stiff and hold shape. The fabric almost feels like a tyvek fabric, super lightweight. In the gray one, I put 9 shirts and 3 pairs of pants (4 thin lightweight fabric and 5 cotton t-shirts, the pants were 1 pr yoga style stretchy and 2 lightweight quick dry style), The other white cube has: 1 pr jeans, 1 pr thick cotton sweatpants, 1 pr fleece pj bottoms, one Patagonia re-tool fleece jacket and 1 Patagonia down vest) and the smaller cube (rectangle one) has: 7 pr underwear, 7 pr ankle socks, 1 pr cotton crew sock, 1 bra and had room for a few more things) I didn't care for the loss of space around the internal framework of the wheeled luggage, the packed cubes ride above it, so there is air space around the frame inside the suitcase. I think I would have to get creative on using up that space. I think overall these are fantastic, and I have ordered one more small cube, depending on the bag/pack or suitcase, you may need to play around with configuration for your needs. I also would like to add that I put this gray medium and gray small cube packed as it is, inside the mail compartment of an Osprey Nebula backpack and they fit!

Fabulous packing cube by Peak Design
I could hold 12+ shirts during my last trip. Half of them were long sleeved. Great capacity and easy to compress. It's perfect to organize with other packing cubes.Very light and resistant. It seems well constructed and easy to wash.

Durable and built to last. Color is darker in person.
Lightweight, durable, first compressible packing cube I’ve used that doesn’t turn into an egg shape when packed out. Outside of travel I use it for a change of clothes for the gym, for events where I need backup attire, or just keeping outerwear together. The dirty clothes compartment is super cool but I wouldn’t use it without a ziploc bag to keep that area clean since you have to wash these cubes by hand. But at that rate, I guess you can keep the ziploc with your dirty clothes in the main compartment. Also, the color is a very dark gray, like slate or charcoal, unlike what the product photo shows. I’ve got two smalls and a medium and they’re well worth the price to keep me organized and clear headed for my travels. The zippers are high quality, too and I don’t see them failing at all in the near future and the pull tab to help compress it down is easy to use and convenient. Definitely would buy these again but I don’t see these breaking for a good long while, thankfully. They’re expensive but they will last and I’ll definitely be recommending these to friends who want a durable compressible packing cube.
