Gaming Headset for Laptop Computer, Cellphone, PS4 and so on, maxin 3.5mm Wired Noise Isolation Gaming Headphones with Mic and LED Light- Volume Control.(White and Blue)

I purchased two of these headsets for my boys' PS4's for Christmas. Unfortunately, there were two issues with this product. I went to hook them up and found that it was missing the splitter so they could not use the mic portion. I contacted customer service and they said that they would refund me $4 for my inconvenience and that I should just go buy a splitter… As in, make-an-additional-purchase-for-something-that-should-have-came-with-the-original-product. So, before accepting the refund offer, I went to an electronics big box store to purchase a splitter and they were $8 each. (Keep in mind that I need two of these, which is $16 + tax, which is now the cost of these headphones.) The second issue, and more important one, is that I’m only getting sound out of the left earpiece. Which might explain the rattle I hear in the right earpiece. Needless to say, I’m returning the headsets. Buyer beware

Overall these were a great headset when first purchased. My son used them for gaming and he said the sound quality was outstanding. He could hear everything in all direction around him. But after like a couple of months, they stopped working. It was not charging, after that happened we looked further into it and that seemed to be a problem with many others as well. Stinks because they were pricey and they didn’t even last that long.

Bought these for my 14 year old for Christmas, I waited until he had a chance to use before I reviewed them. He loves them and tells me that they work perfectly, whether he has them hooked up to the computer, his phone, or the PS4. His favorite features on these headphones is that they light up and that the mic can be hooked up separately, it's not always on, like some other headphone he has had. I am definitely going to be buying a few more pair of these soon for my other children and I would recommend these.

Even though this is a low-cost headset, I still expected it to meet bare minimum expectations, such as not having a hum that backfeeds through the mic. I had to order a 3.5mm ground-loop isolator and attach it to the speaker output to prevent hearing the backfed-hum, as well as enable noise-suppression on the mic software on my PC - these are two things I should not have had to have done. I would've blamed the issue on something else, except my still-working old headset does not exhibit any of these symptoms. In addition, the audio quality is less than stellar, although I didn't expect much in that regards. You get what you pay for.

I would not recommend this item to any gamers. The ear cuff was broken off before I even opened the sealed plastic. I just glued the cuff back on and thought: "so what." The lights started to flicker after about 3 weeks, and the audio jack stopped working about the same time.This headset may look tempting and swag, but this is a piece of junk. I'm sending it back today, actually.

I like the headset for the price and features but it only lights up when using the USB connection. Only problem is that I bought it for my son to use on his PS4 or XBox One and he connects it through his controllers so the light up feature is useless at that point!! I wish I would have known it didn’t always light up when in use bc I most likely wouldn’t have purchased it then.

Just received this headset no more than 10 minutes ago and my son tested it out on his PS4 and you can barely hear anything instead it’s a buzzing sound. I’m trying to contact the seller to either get a refund or another one. I have yet to figure out how to contact the seller . I hope this helps .

I own a $200 pair of Sony studio headphones, and yet the comfort and sound quality cannot match these headphones. I have worn these headphones for 5 hours straight with no discomforts. The sound quality is amazing, with a clear bass and great surround sound.There is one downside to these headphones, but it is situational. There are 3 plugs; a usb plug, a microphone jack, and the headphone jack. The headphones come with a chord to put the microphone and headphone into one jack, but once theyre sensitive and can mess with the sound quality both from your mic and into your headphones. However, if you have to headphone jacks to plug into or a usb, this is no issue.Overall, this product is great. It even comes with plastic protective covers for all the jacks as to protect them in shipping. Dont let the low price tag fool you, this is a great buy.
