I was a little skeptical because of the low price in comparison to other brands, however I really needed something fast because my kitchen faucet quit on me out of the blue. This was available next day shipping through Prime so I took the chance. I had my plumber install it and all I can say is that I am in love with this thing! It is a heavy and solid piece of work. I feel that it will last for many years. The hose is amazing too. It stretches very nicely and retracts back into the faucet head with no problems. I also love the option of changing the water flow from regular stream to the shower type stream which I use to rinse off dishes. Water pressure is really good and takes less time for water to get hot compared to my last unit. Lastly, the soap dispenser is the icing on the cake! Highly recommend!

I really like the looks of this faucet and it was very affordable however the instructions on these we're very vague and only had a couple pictures that were not an exact match to the washers and rubber seals that came with it but overall I finally got it installed and it is awesome. The color is just beautiful and the pull out nozzle has an easy to hold onto knob and is a very long hose with a 360-degree pivot so it is very nice.

The handle is a bit close to the countertop. The spray nozzle self retracting hose is shorter than described based on where the counter weight goes. Definitely follow the directions for when to install the hoses. The design for retaining it in place saves you from having to use a plumbers wrench.

I was excited to get this faucet. I love the bridge look. Hired a plumber to install only to find out that it does not work. The hot water side was defective internally. Flooded my cabinet. Unable to reach the seller. We were in the process of moving from another state so things were very hectic to say the least. Missed return window by a week. Return comment said only a portion may be refunded anyhow. I don’t recommend and would pass. I found a cheaper one and I am quite pleased.

I could have install it easily myself. But I had issues with my existing faucet. I could not remove that myself. SO had to call plumber. Plumber installed it in less than an hour.

Quality faucet. It's a beautiful faucet, big name similar faucets would cost 3-4 times as much.It is very tall. I saw the dimensions but still did not realize the scale until it was installed.

Did not give product five stars because the sprayer does not always retract all the way into place (weighted not magnetized) but for the price I can live with that.

This product looks really nice when installed but within the first few weeks the soap dispenser broke off and the finish off of the handle has started to scratch off. It's just my husband and I that are doing dishes so it's not like there's a ton of pressure being put on these.
