only thing that works consistently is the watch. The pedometer works whenever. Had 79,66 steps on it Mon, went to water aerobics class (1hr) & checked after, no steps added. Not even regular steps from when I was done to when I went to bed. Sleep monitor is same. One night shows 15 hrs sleep, next day shows 15 mins for the night before. I am returning the watch.

The media could not be loaded.  I recently bought this watch, and as someone who studied materials science and engineering, I was really excited about the technology and love the fact that the watch uses a thermoelectric material to charge from your body heat (temperature differential across the back of the watch which is contacting your skin), which is energy efficient and removes the need to charge the watch at all or get new batteries regularly! The watch has the standard fitness and sleep tracking features (there is a video below showing toggling through the watch features), and it is great that it even tells you how much power you are generating (included several pictures of the watch below and also a picture of a page from the manual showing how the watch charges faster when you are active and the air is cooler). I really like the watch user interface (looks good and is easy to figure out) and surface finish; the watch itself has a relatively light but substantial feel to it, which is great for working out, although it is a little large and easy to accidentally hit. The app is pretty easy to download on your phone and sync with the watch - I should tell you that the app has only the most basic features for a smartwatch fitness tracker, but it gets the job done. Also, the app works with my iPhone and any Android phone, but if you have a Windows phone, unfortunately there is no app available.All in all, this is a nice product - awesome technology, easy to use, and a good look and feel to it!

I am returning this product as the display is very weak. You cannot even see it unless you shine a light on it. Overall the watch is well constructed and looks durable. The concept of never needing a charge is neat. But this comes with the penalty of a weak display. The company has to do something about brightening the display particularly for seniors like me. I can understand the charge they can get from the body heat is less and hence they cannot provide a bright display. In that case they need to provide a button or touch screen or gesture which will temporarily light up the display. I which when pressed or when the watch face is touched the display brightens up temporarily. I am fortunate that I bought it through as the return was very easy,

I could not get this to pair with my iPhone. The reviews here on Amazon were basically good, but the reviews on the Apple store for the software were mostly nightmares. Had I read those reviews, I never would have made the purchase. I really liked the idea of never charging my watch, but for me it just wouldn't work at all!

It's light. I like the way it looks. Not a fan of the strap. It tracks steps inaccurately. Said I ran 5 miles but I only ran 4. But I guess if you want accurate miles you need to have a watch that supports GPS. Overall I would have kept the watch if it had the essential ABC's (Altimeter, barometer, compass).

The media could not be loaded.  This product is fantastic. It is made of quality materials and the display is cool and easy to read. I really like that it will never require a battery and runs completely on my body heat! The meter around the perimeter of the display actually gives you a visual on how much power YOU are generating. Also, you might think that quality materials would = a bulk heavy watch. Not at all! The watch monitors sleep patterns and I wore it to bed several nights and was not at all uncomfortable, nor did I really feel it. It has several different modes that might be used (stop watch, timer, calorie burn counter, step count, etc.).The watch syncs well with its app, although the app is fairly basic and probably could use some more features. You can definitely manually sync the watch to the app, but I'm not sure if it can auto sync at given time intervals like Fitbits do. If it does not do this, it would definitely be a great addition!

yes,it doesn't need to be charged, but the work load is so low that didn't hold the promise as advertised. so many functions that can't be used.

The watch can not be paired to the iphone because of a admitted software glitch. The worst part is that it can't be used at all until it is paired with the iphone and setup. I contacted them 3 times - the first time they responded that they were woking on a fix. The next 2 times, they didn't respond at all. I received the watch Dec24. It is now Feb 13. They obviously don't stand behing their product, and everyone should be warned to stay away from this company.

Edit: Three months in (I'd opted to pay over 6 months, so i'm still paying for it) - woke up one morning and the watch had died, I had not got it wet, knocked it or damaged it in any way.I would advise anybody to avoid this watch, I had already regretted buying it after the first day of using it, even more so now. Dropped from 2 stars to 1, would give 0 if I could.This watch looks and feels great, and the (although limited) user interface feels great, and it charges itself through your body heat.However, the features that it does lack were ones that were present on my £15 smart band that it is replacing: heartrate monitor, GPS, Google Fit sync: for a fitness watch to not have this ability at the pricepoint it's at is a bit disappointing.

Elle ne charge pas si la température ambiante est supérieure à 32°C, manque de chance j'habite dans le sud et aujourd'hui il fait 33 !Edit1 après plusieurs jours d'utilisation : Bluetooth capricieux, très compliqué de télécharger les données, Appli Android préhistorique et pas mis à jour depuis Janvier 2019.Fonction sommeil hs et arrêt du monitoring de température fréquemment depuis la mise à jour du firmware....Une catastrophe pour un modèle qui a deux ans, pourquoi tous ces bugs n'ont pas été corrigés !Edit 2 du 04/08/2020 : après de nombreux échangent par mail, le service client est à la hauteur de leur montre : NUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Edit 3 du 14/12/2020 la montre ne s'allume plus !?Edit 4 du 22/01/2021, je relève ma note de 1 à 3 étoiles car la marque m'a envoyé un chargeur pour réveiller la montre.
