This 6ft inflatable snowman from Weldomcor looks nice when it’s in a night time environment, with some lovely even light that slowly moves around inside the body of the snowman.Unfortunately, it’s just not something I would be able to leave outside and inflated all the time, at least in the climate where I stay where it can be a pretty wet & windy.The instructions warn that water and electricity aren’t a good mix and to deflate when it gets windy, however when you unplug the snowman and let it deflate, the fan intake naturally rests in a manner so it’s completely exposed to the sky, meaning rain can easily enter it.I folded the snowman over, covering everything electrical and put a small weight on top when it got windy or wet, as taking the stakes out the ground and moving him to cover wasn’t practical.The stakes aren’t that well designed and either need bigger plastic loops to take the nylon webbing found on the bottom of the snowman, or these nylon loops on the bottom need to be a different design.I ended up damaging one of these loops and leaving it in the ground as I wrestled to get the stake out, although it was my fault for being a bit heavy handed and I’ll be able to stitch it back on again nearer Christmas.Price wise this was just over £50.00 at time of review (with discount) which isn’t cheap for what you’re getting although I was happy with how it looked all lit up.My daughters commented that they ‘thought it would’ve been taller’, but I didn’t have a problem with its size and found its only real caveat being its resistance to wind and moisture, which you’ll need to consider.As for indoor use, you’d still need to tether the snowman to stop him from falling over and the fan that keeps him inflated runs constantly and is quite loud so it’s definitely more suited to being outside in the garden than in your lounge.I plan on using this over the Festive Period and will just make sure the fan isn’t positioned over my grass and that I can cover everything electrical when it’s wet & windy, which is what I would expect to do in any case.I’ll also be reaching for my own metal tent pegs rather than using the included plastic stakes as they weren’t the best design.Would I recommend? It’s a nice-looking decoration that’s probably priced a little higher than I would expect to pay, especially given the guidance surrounding its use in wetter/windier weather.If I get a couple of seasons use from it, I’ll be quite happy but only time will tell how long it lasts?

This inflatable snowman is adorable, and I love it!! It was very easy to inflate. The material is waterproof, and is very well made, great quality. The lights inside work perfectly, and really enhance the whole look of the snowman. This is ideal for gardens in the festive season, I have left mine up because I love it!!
