I purchased this product at the suggestion of my dietitian to assist in weight gain and healing of intestinal issues.Due to immune system problems I need organic vegan products. This was not labeled as organic on the container despite the Amazon title. I was disappointed, but due to the claim on the label that it contained only vegan L-glutamine, I tried it. I was unable to use it. However, a person with no immune system issues should try it.

I’ve been using this for over a month. Absorbs fast and easy and there’s no taste associated. I would buy it again.

Product definitely seems pure and higher quality than some others I’ve bought. This Glutamine works and is an essential part of any serious bodybuilding routine. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in our muscles so I take one scoop in the morning, one before breakfast, and one before bed when I really want to see gains.

I am doing a gut healing protocol and this is listed as one of the top healing things to take. It is also great for workouts. Seems to be of good quality and I love that it is organic, gluten free and vegan. Fantastic!!
