ASAP X-Connect Adapter set USB Type C Cross Device Compatible Magnetic Data Transfer Fast Charge (Gunmetal)

This product doesn't work at all, the magnet is weak, and the adapter just isn't recognized when using it basically the only way this is even hopeful is if the device is at a level height with the plug and on a desk. You absolutely cannot charge with this.

The product looks very nice and can transfer information via usbc however I can’t carry a charge through my product. I’ve tried multiple cords and ports on my Mac however I can’t get any charge.

The description state fast charge but it never work, I even brought a new cable for it, waste my money and time to try,this company should come out and recall all the sold product and put the item offline.

I have lots and lots and lots of ASAP X-Connect cables and tips, the tips in MicroUSB and Lightning, and I love them. A single cable will connect and charge all my various devices. But now I have an Apple iPad Pro with USB-C, so it made sense to get a USB-C tip for it. (I figured I may as well get the adapter with it, though I have less need for that.)Other reviewers noted that charging didn't work for them, but I saw some saying they were trying to charge a laptop, and I knew that wouldn't work. But the iPad, running off a 5V USB-A to USB-C cable (which itself charges the iPad fine)? It should have worked - but no charging or electrical connection at all. I can also confirm the other reviewers' comments about the weak magnetic attraction - much worse than my other tips. So, back it goes.It's too bad - as I said, I have had great experiences with X-Connect cables and tips, until now.
