Love alllll the Fiber Gourmet pasta! Spendy but worth it for high fiber and low calories. I cook at least 3-4 minutes past the suggested time and it comes out soft like any pasta. Great flavor and normal pasta texture.

Tastes great, low calories, and fiber rich. Didn’t arrive in broken pieces like other reviews said but the noodles do break once cooked. I don’t mind it though, I’ll still purchase more.

This is the best tasting low carb noodle I can find and I would recommend it to anybody. Cooks up great and really makes good whatever you're going to have like chicken salad, spaghetti/meatballs, tuna salad, and etc. I would recommend this product.

So the pasta tastes pretty good,but they don’t package it correctly and it was all broken.

My husband really liked this as a substitute for regular noodles. He is diabetic, so these really work well to control blood sugars….and it’s high in fiber too

I was very happy with the taste and texture of these noodles. They are much shorter than the noodles I used to buy but they worked fine in my pan by putting them in the opposite direction, across the short side. My BIG DISAPPOINTMENT was the quantity. The label says that three noodles are a serving and that there are approximately four servings per box for a total of twelve noodles. My box only has eleven noodles and two little broken corners. My lasagna recipe requires six noodles so after making a batch I only have five noodles left, not enough to make another lasagna. Thus I had to purchase an additional box just to make lasagna one more time. I would have given this product a five star review if the box had contained twelve noodles. That being said, I'm happy to finally have a keto-friendly lasagna noodle.

The taste is amazing and 1 box made a good size lasagna. I used an 8x8 pan and fed a family of 6 with just 1 box. Very easy directions on the back of the box and I felt very full after eating just a small piece. The box says cook for 10 minutes and then set on a flat surface. I only cooked mine for about 5 minutes and then assembly the lasagna and I cooked the whole thing for another 40 minutes in the oven on 400 degree F and it was very tasty. I really don't think u can beat the price and value of the product.

I purchased this pasta in order to make a healthier lasagna for my diabetic husband. He hadn’t had lasagna in years and with these lasagna noodles it is back on his menu. Thank you for a delicious option!
