This is my 3rd Quip, I think. You use it like a traditional toothbrush, but the sonic vibrations and 30-second interval timing add to the cleaning effect. My dental hygienist and dentist give my teeth and gums 5 stars with each visit.

The thing about Quip is that they make it easy to swap out your brush heads in a timely fashion. Much like a printer, the initial investment is low, but you're forever spending money with them. The shipping adds up after a while. Like any other brush, the key is to use them regularly. The other disappointment is the fact that one fine day the thing just dies on you, and replacing the battery does nothing to bring it back. All in all a budget alternative to overly complicated tooth brushes that take up a lot of counter space and do the same thing.

This is my second one. Really enjoy the simplicity and how will it cleans my teeth!

I purchased this type when the company first started.I needed a new one and it was time to purchase another one that never stops working. It is worth the money

I wasn’t impressed with the strength of the sonic vibration at first so I replaced the battery. It was extremely hard to remove the brush head, I thought I was going to break it, but eventually got it off. The brush worked good for about 2 months but then stopped working. I went to replace the battery and head again and discovered water was getting into the brush and it stopped working all together. Just seems poorly made and doesn’t seal well once you replace the brush head.

I purchased this toothbrush as a traveling due to its compact size and the Quip reputation. It appears to be a good product. I especially like the built-in timer, which measure 30 second sessions for the four quadrants of my mouth. The quip seems to do the job.

I use it twice a day for excellent dental care.
