I started taking this two months ago and it took about 2 weeks to finally start seeing something. They definitely work! Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me. I was hoping it would help with bloating and gas, but I didn’t notice any real difference even after taking it consistently. I do like the idea of the 5-in-1 formula, and the ingredients seem promising, but my body just didn’t respond to it. Everyone’s different, so it might work better for others,but it wasn’t effective in my case.
