Rubie's Men's Deadpool Grand Heritage Costume

After reading a couple of other reviews I decided to purchase the regular sized outfit instead of the extra-large I was planning. I'm 5'11" (1.8m) and weigh 200lb (91kg) and found that this outfit has a lot of room around the torso and biceps. There is so much room I could probably wear a puffer jacket underneath without issue. The legs and hood fit rather well so it's not the whole product that's overly large. It would definitely suit someone who frequents the gym but neglects leg day. :-)The sword holder needs a small amount of rework to fit the small blades though. One side is correctly cut to suit the blade profile but the other side is flat. This only allows the blade to fit in about 1/3 of its length but the flat side at least has only very thin plastic so it should be easy to cut to the correct profile. As mentioned by a couple of other people, the large swords came with a bend along their length. They are now weighted down under a piece of plywood to help straighten them over the next week or so.The only instructions included with the costume are provided by the single picture card at the top of the package. As a bit of a tip, the gauntlets and bracers have a piece of fabric on the back which makes it appear as though they wrap around your forearms and calves. This is incorrect and they will not fit correctly if attempted. Keep the fabric hard against the gauntlet/bracer and use just the wide hook & loop tape to strap them on. You really need a second person to help you get into this costume correctly.Suits: Adults to 6'2" (188cm) up to a mildly overweight build with a mouth which normally gets them into too much trouble. You don't want to play a polite Deadpool, do you?

This product is very expensive for what you get, plus I ordered size standard and it is more like LG-XL, I returned this to the seller asap, has been more than 3 weeks and so far I havent got my refund, I asked them for an ETA, no answer

I was very excited to purchase this "Grand Heritage" Dead Pool Costume. It was supposed to be made with superior fabrics, vibrant colors and exceptional detail. Although the materials are good. The fit is atrocious. It looks nothing like the Deadpool model shown. It's baggy and bulky when it should be tight and streamlined. To be honest, it doesn't even need the "added chest muscles". I had to exchange this 2 times. On the second return, I had to pay $10 return shipping. JOY. Anyway, For $390 costume I expect excellence.

Friend bought me this... I also love to cosplay and I make my costumes from various references with the costumes I try on. as it arrived from delivery I opened the box in a rush. I was impressed by it's own packaging but after taking the costume out of its package I was INSTANTLY DISPLEASED WITH WHAT I SAW, when I saw it I knew it wouldn't end well....Keep in mind I didn't enjoy as I was reviewing the whole costume. FOR THE SAKE OF FUTURE BUYERS.--Jump Suit--So let's start first with the one piece suit, I tried it on and I'll let my pictures explain (and FYI this was the standard size assuming it's the OS - one-size fits all)--Mask--TBH the mask seems like it was given some thought but not enough, it's a tad comfy not what it looks like in the product's picture. and the thing that annoys me the most is the point end of the mask I tried to push it down or move the mask around to see if I can keep it down but nope and second are the little holes on the mouth we all know it's not necessary if you want to looke like DP.--Arm Pads--gauntlets,pad,vambraces, whatever it would've been cool if they made it normally with actual materials than a making a mold.yes they're plastic molds soft like my leather couch but not as good with its quality.--Gloves--And there's the gloves......meh.--Shoulder Straps--These go to where the picture shows. but IMO it's a good try.I'd like to call these straps of the invisible backpack.--Utility Belt--The Belt is also a mold. but the DP buckle looks okay also the protective paper wrapped around it was sticking on it as if they just painted the whole thing and didn't dry it fully and then just wrapped it up. Just really bothers me that it's a mold.--Shin Pads--I didn't include this in the pics. but I can tell you it's similar to the Arm Pads, it's a mold--Prop/Toy Katanas and Sais--Just look at my pics, I'll be honest I never expect much from the weapons and such and always just buy a 3rd party item or prop that's better--Katana & Sai Back Holster--I also didn't include in the pictures.the whole costume was way pass the line of not using it. sorryMy opinion overall the price is just a little far or high for what you're getting.Its quality or decent material but not quality made or quality effort. As some of the previous reviews state it's a better (but not best) fit if you're bigger/tall or fit to wear it.
