I really enjoyed this , one of my favourite is curried egg , I do know this is not a curry but adding a hard boiled egg made a great supper dish. Would recommend.

This has to be one of my favourite ready meals! It's full of flavour, feels really nice and authentic and these is a great amount inside! These have been perfect for work days as its so easy to warm up in microwave and its super quick. I love a hearty meal and this one really hits the spot. I don't even miss the meat with this one which is fab and I love the variety of spices and herbs that really give this a lot of flavour. amazing value if compared to other ready meals and one of the best options for me. Very nice

If you were to do a blind test it would be hard to believe that this is not a freshly cooked dish.Straight out the packet it isn't very runny so after heating it up you can serve it as it is but if you prefer it a bit saucier you can add a splash of coconut milk or even water and let it simmer for a short while, stirring regularly. This way it will have a bit more sauce in which to dunk the naan bread.The lentils are already cooked so all it needs is just a bit of simmer to bring all the flavors back to life.It is a tasty dish made with clean ingredients and I like that it is vegan because you can add more non-vegan ingredients to it and make it even more interesting if wanting to whereas the opposite would be impossible.Enjoy!

Merchant Gourmet does it once again. I've always loved a good black dhal, with it's rich, earthy meatiness (which is surprising in itself, as these are vegan) but it's a pretty involved process to make it yourself. I always have it when I see it on the menu at a restaurant and this really is about as close as you can get at home.I find that this makes a perfect lunch, when coupled with some microwave rice and a little salad pot. It's like going to a restaurant, but a LOT cheaper.The flavour here is creamy, meaty and delicately spiced. It's designed to be an accompaniment really, but it's packed full of protein and fibre, so can easily be the main part of a lunch - it does work really well alongside a curry too, obviously.It's a homely, tasty and hearty pouch that's ideal to have in the store cupboard. You'll be surprised how many times you'll reach for it.Delicious!!
