Worth it!
Everything was packed very well.Materials and product are of good quality.Easy to use and assemble.Perfect for those that don't always have the time to get to the gym, this is a great substitute which enables you to work out from home once the kids go to bed, during "team huddle" call, or even when you get a spare 10 minutes.

Great workout equipment
All of the equipment is very easy to use. It feels very durable. I attach the resistance bands to a weight bench and do incline bench with them. You can do many other workouts too.

Great, unless your short for curls
NOT A PRODUCT ISSUE! The system works great ; however, if you are 5 ft 7 inches, like myself, or less, you will run into an issue with curls or other exercises , as the bands are too long for short(er) people to put their feet in the straps/stirrups to actually do the curls or or other exercises, even on the highest ring closet to the bar. I have to stand on the straps/stirrups to do them. AGAIN, Not a product issue at all, just a notice to short people wanting to buy this product. AGIAN overall great product!
