Purchased this feeder for a specific situation - I have two cats - a boy and a girl - with different eating habits. My boy does not overeat, so I can safely leave food for him all day. My girl will eat constantly if food is available and gains weight quickly. Therefore, food for the boy is on top of the refrigerator - he easily jumps there. The girl cannot jump there, but she also needs to be fed when I am not home. This device completely solved the problem - now I can control her portions and feeding schedule. Feeder exceeded all expectations. Can control feeding manually or set automatic schedule. Feeding schedule executes precisely on time. App is convenient and user-friendly. Device is reliable, works with either power outlet or batteries. Particularly important - it works with local storage via SD card. Other models require mandatory subscription to cloud services, which did not suit me. There are very few models with local storage on the market. With SD card I get full control over monitoring. Can watch live video 24/7 or review recordings at any time. Motion sensor automatically records video when cats approach or walk nearby. Can also talk to them live or use pre-recorded voice messages. This is very convenient - you are not dependent on anyone, everything works autonomously. What also impressed me - some time after purchase, the manufacturer contacted me themselves to check if everything works properly. This is the first time I have encountered such a proactive approach to customers. Company truly cares about customers and product quality. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I am very pleased with the feeder. We purchased this feeder before a vacation and have used it for 5 months without any issues. I have owned 2 other feeders in the past and this is the only one that has worked as advertised. It was easy to set-up. It has good stability and substantial weight to prevent tipping. It is a great aid for cat health because I can set the number of feedings and the quantity of food to be dispensed. I appreciate the battery back up in the event of a power failure while I am away. I can also check in by video while I am away. I strongly recommend this product if you have had other products fail in the past.

I've owned this feeder for a couple of months now. I replaced a failing auto feeder that would keep dumping food and was a pain to program. I got this feeder because it has an app that allows you to program and change the settings from the phone instead of getting on the floor and endlessly pushing buttons on the feeder. The app it uses is one I already had on my phone to control my smart plugs so very easy to get started. Setup and programming was a breeze using the app. I didn't buy this feeder for the camera function and kind of figured it was a gimmick, was I wrong. I have 3 cats and can never tell who is eating when the food drops unless I am in the room at the time. With the camera I can see who and how much each cat eats and send another serving if needed so everyone stays fed. It has saved me many trips from bed when I hear my large male cat digging in the cat food bag early morning. Just pull up the app and hit the feed button to appease him. The large size of the food hopper allows me to fill it once every week or 2 with 3 cats being fed. The stainless bowl helps with keeping things clean and germ free. The top lid stays secure so the cats can't get into it when unattended. So far it has dispensed on schedule and the correct portion every time.

This really came in handy when I had to be away from my fur babies for the day. I do wish it dispensed a bit more food at a time but you can push it more than once. It has online access which is really neat AND Convenient. It can hang on the wall. It's size is good and can also sit on a counter top or the floor, it holds a good amount of food as well. It keeps the food clean and dry and mold free for the health of the pets. its pretty quiet when dispensing and very sturdy. It has a cord so no need for batteries.

Amazing product for a traveling family who loves their cats immensely. Its amazing to open up the camera, be able to talk to them, and then watch them eat. I can change the helping size as well. We have 2 cats and it has worked for us to leave them without a sitter. Small enough size that doesnt look overhwleming in our kitchen. Quality plastic that will hold up for a long time. Plugs into the wall so doesn't need a battery. Set up with ease.

This has probably been my best long term investment for my pet cat. I’ve gotten automatic litter, toys, and water fountains. And this automatic feeder is amazing. It’s simple yet works so great in terms of feeding and use of camera. You can watch and talk through the camera, choose the amount of food, and even has a battery mode for when power goes out. It’s such a simple device but very effective in many ways.

Simple to put together. Like other reviews, I had issues with WIFI connection for it. The app was frustrating for setup as it didn’t provide a lot of assistance in my opinion. I ended up leaving it on overnight and it finally connected successfully. Since that time, it has been excellent to use. It holds plenty of food and scheduling auto feeds is very easy. The camera and mic are pretty good quality for the price.

What really impressed me was the customer service. Roya and Paul were quick to respond, offered clear troubleshooting steps, and even sent me two spare stainless steel bowls free of charge after I asked where I could buy more. That level of support is rare. The device is solid, reliable, and user-friendly once properly connected to 2.4G WiFi. The beeping stopped after moving it closer to the router, just like they advised.
