Delonghi needs to look into the first time setup
Bought this machine with all the trust on the brand. But first time use only disappointed me as it wont start. I kept pressing the water outlet button and it failed to go further. Then i explored some buyers who uploaded video on the youtube and most of them mentioned the same problem with a sam solution of trying to keep pressing that button almost 50 times. I tried that and fortunately in 5-6th time. It started working. Until now its been working nicely.
