We love this bike. It will go so fast and is very durable.

The bike arrived in 3-4 days after placing the order. Well built, very easy to put together in about 1 hr. However the battery does not accept full charge, only 40-50 % (maybe some dead cells? or the charger? ). I've charged it now 6-7 times. There's also a wobble in the front tire. Despite all this the customer service is exceptional so far in it's response and willing to work with me. I highly recommend it.Update: the c/s sent a new charger -same result. Looks like it's the battery. They are sending me a new one.The wobble was fixed by trueing 4-5 spokes.Incredible customer service. The bike is great, rides very smooth, it's a lot of fun.Update #2 C/S promised a new battery in 5 days, it's two weeks now and no luck. Disappointed !Update#3 finally I've got the new battery and looks like it charged all the way. Too cold to try it out

It went together very easy I’m not a mechanic I was impressed it took a short amount of time good value for the money

Product is good and has good speed and range but it came with scratches
