I purchased this to use as a footrest, out on the lanai. It is nice and firm, and holds its shape well. I did try to use it as a seat, and I rolled right off, onto the ground. I had a good laugh at myself but also made a mental note to not try that again. It probably would work fine as a seat, but not for me. I feel like there is plenty (and possibly too much) of fill in this footrest. It’s got a zipper so that the cover can be washed. If needed, I’m sure I could remove some filling.

I ordered two of these poufs—the 20-inch version and the 26-inch version. Unfortunately, the larger size did not firm up like the 20-inch version. I followed all the directions. I’m disappointed but will keep it since I do like the plaid/checkered cover and do not want to go through the inconvenience of a return.Update:The seller contacted me and offered a replacement. I accepted the replacement. The second pouf only took about an hour to fluff up completely. It’s very firm so can definitely be used as something to sit on. I’m pleased with the replacement item, as well as the customer service. Review updated to 5/5 stars.

This item came nicely packaged and it was easy to assemble. The color and size were accurate. It's very soft and comfy to use as a leg rest. I wouldn't recommend using it as a seat since it's not very sturdy for sitting. The filling sticks out on the top and makes it look bumpy instead of smooth. Other than that, I really like this ottoman and I would recommend buying it.

The perfect pouf ottoman! The shape, color, and texture are exactly what I was looking for! The height is perfect for stretching and supporting my legs. I was a little worried when I saw the little box. The pouf came back almost instantly! It has also retained its shape after a lazy movie day. I have been waiting for the perfect ottoman, and this is it! Every box is checked with this beauty!

The ottoman is ok, I mean it looks nice but there is NO WAY you could use it as a second seat like it states in the description. You literally sink to the floor when you sit on it. I don’t like the way it was shipped. For whatever reason, and I’m assuming for storage purposes, the ottoman , like some couch cushions I ordered previously all come folded over and sandwiched together with plastic wrap and shrink wrap. I had to wait 48 hours as stated on the instructions and tap the sides a few times ea day until it puffed itself up to original shape. The sides seem firm but the top seems to be squishy. It’s fine if you’re just using it to rest your feet on and it looks nice as well but I wouldn’t call it sturdy by any means. Maybe if the items were shipped as is instead of wrapped tightly it may possibly be a sturdier piece of furniture 🤷🏼‍♀️

The ottoman is lighter orange than the recliner but I will cover both to match and keep it clean. It was fun watching it puff up to the right height.I love it and it’s very comfy to put my feet on. I don’tknow what it’s stuffed with it’s kind of lumpy but Ilike it. oh ya like the material it’s soft.

I love this ottoman. Having my feet feel so comfortable makes my whole body feel more comfortable, strangely.I've had it a month and still experience the ahhh moment when I get to put my feet up.

Comfy, tough enough for use, cushion stays but the shape does not. If you want it to stay the shape it is in the main photo you have to fluff it all the time. If that one thing doesn't concern you though, it's been my favorite foot rest for my computer desk to date.
