Jelly Sandal for Girls Princess Girls' Sparkle with LED Light Dress Up Cosplay Heel Jelly Shoes Size

I purchased these shoes for my daughter to wear at Disney World with a few of her costume dresses. They arrived very quickly with "prime"delivery. They were adorable when I pulled them from the box. The shoes were a bit more flexible than I was expecting but that wasn't quite a negative for me. My daughter actually finds jelly shoes with a more rigid footbed to be uncomfortable as they tend to rub her foot and cause pain. The light-up mechanism is in the sole of the shoe rather than in the heel. It almost feels like button that is pressed when you step down and but your weight into the heel of the shoe. It's different than the shoes that you have to hit the bottom to make them light up. The reason I gave it three stars is because like other reviewers have stated the buckle system is rather confusing. It's not impossible but for a child to manipulate this buckle it's not the easiest. I also found that the shoe runs a bit small. My daughter is just getting into a size 2 and we ordered the size 2. When the shoe arrived it fit but was pretty tight and we decided to exchange for the size 3. I haven't gotten the size 3 in yet but I'm hoping they are a more generous fit and will give my daughter a little room to grow too. .

I have not given these as a gift yet, but I expect they will be well received. The light up part confused me at first as well as the buckles. After messing with the shoe I learned there is a button inside the shoe at the heel that activates the lights. As for the buckles, at first I thought it was really weird, but after some research I learned there is a great reason for this, easy on/off removal. Common in dance shoes for quick changes. But also great for little fingers and differently abled people. Instead of needing an adult to help buckle the shoe on and off, you set the buckles and then they slide into the second clip. Viola! Shoes on!

I was confused by the buckle at first and the seller explanation was hard to understand but my husband figured it out lol so here goes:Put the shoes on and adjust the buckle on the strap to the desired hole. After that, you just slip the strap into that open metal hook. When the kids wanna take the shoe off, just lift the strap from the metal hook. When they want to put it on, just slide the strap right back into the hook. There’s no need to ever undo the buckle from the holes again. Hopefully my pictures explain it better.

My daughter wears a size 2, but in light of all the reviews I went with a size 3-4. The shoe fit just fine (with a very tiny bit of room for growth).The straps and buckles were weird, so I just cut them off. I was able to follow the grooved shoe design with a pair of scissors and it worked perfectly. Plus, cutting off the straps also gave the shoes more of that 80's jelly shoe look (which is what we were going for anyhow).

The ONLY reason I don't like this is b/c the buckles are messed up. It comes w/ a standard metal clip that has a prong that goes thru pre-set holes, but it's not attached to anything - meaning you can't actually tighten the shoe. There's another weird metal clamp and as long as I've been a shoe wearer, I've never seen anything like this. Otherwise, the shoe seems good - lights up as expected, fits my daughters foot as expected. We bought these for a Halloween costume.

First of all the shipping on these shoes was amazingly fast, 1 day! We just recieved our shoes and while they are very nice and what you would expect for a jelly shoe wedge there is one HUGE issue, we cant figure out how to buckle them! There is this odd metal latch that when you look at it you think, "that looks easy enough" but no. It's a silly latch and I just cant comprehend it. Why couldnt they just be velcro or a basic buckle. Its unfortunate because these shoes are very cute with that raised little heel and my daughter loves them but I cant figure out how to contact the company to get assistance with the buckle. Oh, and when I got them I was snacking them on the counter and thought they didnt work but they arent like the light up shoes I've encountered in the past where they are set off by motion, there is a small button in the heel of the shoe that as the child walks it gets pressed. I gave the shoes 4 because they are what I ordered, would have gotten a five if it werent for the buckle.

These shoes are super cute and my daughter loved them! The low rating comes from the smell! They smell so bad!! They have a strong plastic/ skunky smell. My husband and I searched our house from top to bottom trying to find where the smell was coming from. Finally, after they had sat in her bedroom for the night, the smell was strong enough for us to identify where it was coming from. They are now in the trash to never be seen again!

Bought these for my granddaughter’s birthday she LOVED them! They are just a tad big for her but it allows her more time to wear them as she grows into them. They light up as said and in multicolored! Also, purchased a rainbow dress that went prefect with the shoes!!! She was a true princess on her birthday!

I got these for my daughters birthday. It was her birthday wish. But she can't wear them for at least a year. Shes upset about that.

Amazing shoes but they’re even smaller than the warning suggests. My daughter wears a 1 and i ordered a 3...and now I’m hoping her feet don’t grow too much before Halloween :).

She loved them! Had to watch a youtube video to figure out strap, but once we got it, easy enough.

Much better quality than expected! I bought these for my niece as play shoes and she insists on wearing them out-and they have actually held up well.

Cute, but run anout 2 sizes too small. Very strong plastic smell.
