This works, If like me you have pliers in a drawer that are a mess and you cant find them because they are covered by another pair you will know what the frustration is like. I was forever looking for a pair and couldn't see them when they got jumbled up. I could never keep them tidy. The down sides for me are, you need a deeper drawer, I had my pliers in a full width shallow drawer but have had to rearrange and empty out a deeper drawer to accommodate this. The other is I still cannot find which one I want because its now totally different to what I am use too, that is just me though. The final one is that the gaps are not all the same size which is sensible but they might of been better to go like a spanner rail where the small are at one end and the larger at the other. As for saving room it does, it is tidy and is a great idea. I do like it, its a great addition to a tool box especially if your getting low on space and can get it in a deeper drawer. If the manufacturer is reading this what would be good is a tapered version rather than just a parallel model. Also it could be used for other items rather than just pliers. It is very good. I might buy another.

I'm sick of rummaging around my tool box drawers for a specific pair of pliers or cutters because I can't find them quickly, they are a mess in the drawer and the racks made for tool boxes require a large drawer that I don't have available. I decided to try a bench top rack and this unit has worked well. The wire configuration does not collect dirt or dust and I can easily move the full rack to clean up my bench.I can see all my pliers and cutters in a glance, there are regular and wide slots, the wire is solid and coating is thick. It doesn't take up a lot of bench space and the convenience factor overshadows the lost bench space. Overall, this a solid acquisition for under $25. Hope that helps!
