Entirely Worth the Lifetime of Psychological Trauma This Will Inflict On Your Wallet
To be honest, the price of this is disgusting. It feels like an unhinged amount to pay for a consumer mic-arm, and it really is. And I feel like I'm going to need a shower after writing this review, for actually encouraging this kind of pricing. That said: I wish I'd just bought this in the first place. I tried numerous different arms. None of them were the outright cheapest; I started in the mid-range, before trying upper-mid-range stuff. Still, none of them lasted, thanks to poor material and/or design choices – while also never really fully meeting my requirements. This thing though? It's utterly bomb-proof. Not a bit of cheap plastic filler in the whole thing¹. It feels like you could use it as a cricket bat for a year, and still have a perfectly serviceable mic-arm by the end. At full extension, my previous arm (which didn't even have any springs or a piston!) would droop significantly with the weight of the mic. This, however, stays level and stable enough that it feels like you could use it for microsurgery. And, speaking of weight, I've got the fairly chonky RØDE PodMic on the end of this, which the piston-spring holds steady at any angle without issue, and with plenty of headroom left on the tension adjustment to really lock it in place if needed. While the 360° hinges don't have thumb-screws on them for adjusting their tension, like many other models, I actually prefer that. Those tended to get in the way, or get outright snagged on things, while still being fiddly as heck to adjust. This just opts for an allen-key². It's simpler, cleaner, less prone to breaking, and allen-keys are inherently of a design that are much easier to torque up (and replace) anyway. The cable channels are also pretty much the best out there. Plenty of space for chonky cables, sleek and completely out of the way, while still being super easy to access quickly. The covers are also fully metal, as with the rest of the body. They're held in place with magnets – and I wouldn't worry about the covers ever accidentally falling off. Those magnets are not screwing around. [hah, geddit? haaaaa :( ] Finally, it... just plain looks good? Clean and understated, but coherent. Nothing looks out of keeping with any other part, and nothing looks cheap. ...which is just as well because, y'know, like I said, it's really freaking not. ¹[Disclosure: there are actually three plastic parts in this, but they are all appropriate for the use: 1) the interior ball-joint for the final link to the mic itself, which would be fairly terrible and wear out were it a metal; 2) the bushings lining the interior of the two 360° hinges, which again, by nature can't exactly be a metal; 3) the "thumb-screw" handle for the desk-clamp. That's maybe the only one that could be questioned, but is both fairly tough plastic, and a part you will, in reality, rarely be interacting with.] ²[This does also ship with an allen-key. Since the piston tension adjustment and the horizontal-hinge grubs have differing diameters, the provided key also has differing diameters at each end (4mm head for piston tension, 2mm tail for hinge grub-nuts). It also has a chonky plastic tab in the middle of it to make it even easier to grip and adjust. That said, given the length of an allen-key (this is a roughly-standard 82mm long for a 4mm head), make sure you leave enough clearance from the back of the desk-mount to get the key in there.]

Clean and nice boom arm
Really good quality, if you wish to move the mic closer to you, do not hold the mic and pull the arm closer, use the actual arm to move it as the rotary ball under the mic screw isn’t strong enough to withstand brute force and will loosen the tightened ball, but if you loosen it and then retighten it, it will stay firm again and doesn’t lose its grip regardless how many times you have to retighten, the set up of it was very easy, it’s also very quiet when moving about. I would say it’s good for the price you spend, especially as the cable management in the arm itself is sealed by a magnetic strip, so you don’t have to risk damaging the arm itself when removing the XLR or usbc cable, but overall the functions works intended and is a very good product.

The best mic are i have ever used!!!
The title says it all really, this is one of the best mic arms I've used, and I’ve used quite alot. It is a very well built mic arm and looks amazing. The magnets for cable management are great and it fits onto any desk seamlessly. It have very good support as its a gas spring powered arm and easily hold my shure sm7b. It is on the expensive side for mic arms, but you will never need to buy another one because it is that good

Nice Build Quality, although
It's a little missleading in the videos not displaying the knob to pull it up and down but it served it's purpose for a good 4 months, I recently upgraded to the PSA 1+ but if you're looking for a low profile boom arm go for it!

Faultless!
I bought it for music livestreaming; ordinary mic stands were too awkward, a cheaper version of this couldn't hold my heavy mic. This is perfect - highly adjustable for reach, angle and height, elegant appearance and superb build quality. 5 stars.

perfect for a desk cam
I bought this for my desk webcam to save some space on my desk as I found majority of alternative options took up way to much space at the front of my decks and ill say this definitely cleared up space. having the flexibility to fold my desk cam around the back of my monitor is a dream as when ever I need it to record something on my desk I can just flip it round and its ready to go and hidden when I don't need it love this thing and would recommend it to people who want to save some desk space on a desk cam

It’s a good upgrade
This is a worthwhile upgrade to the LP arm… everything about the LP arm is improved. Not cheap but worth it.

Definitely worth it over the non pro model, it has quality of life features you didn't even know you wanted and even with the heafty price tag I would still recommend it to people.

I love this Mic stand it's low profile is sleek and the cable management is great. Very universal and easy to use and setup. I love the Mic coming from the bottom rather than the top.
