This has helped me a lot. It makes the process so much easier and less frustrating.

I put these on every night before I would go to bed so they would be on for around 8 hours and I have worn these for a week now and they have not done ANYTHING. I would take them off to see nothings happened and they would leave a red mark on my face that I thought would go away in an hour but no. It has been a couple days and I still have a faint red star mark on my face. They also don't stick to my face, I would wash my face and dry it and they still did not stick, DO NOT BUY.
