Thought it was brown flour, but misread, it’s a ready made bread mix. Don’t have bread maker, just a standard mixer with dough hook. Added 300 mls water mixed, boiled saucepan water, put on lowest setting on induction hob to maintain steam, placed bowl of dough on top with cling film. Rose in 30 mins, knocked back and placed on baking tray. Allowed to rise and baked at 190 degrees c, 45 mins. Very good loaf, shop brought would be £5. So will use this from now on

Much easier than measuring out the ingredients, saving a couple of minutes.Bread is quite flat anf firm, but tasty.Of course, you pay for saving two minutes.

I love having these bread mixes in as they are handy to use in a hurry. I usually make my own bread but sometimes I use these for the different flavours and speed of use. They also stop me having to stock up on ingredients I would not use as often as others.

Makes lovely Bread.

Once I figured out to put the water in my bread maker first then then the ingredients, I get perfect bread every time. The flavour of this bread is excellent, especially when on the long (3 hour) cycle.

Used wrights mixes during lockdown in my bread machine: consistent and tasty but seems to have a lot of extra ingredients these days which I usually try to avoid:-/
