I have a small herd so the 50ml works fine for my needs.

The fitting on this works well with the twist on disposable needles. It enables a smooth administration of multiple injections for different animals, only having to stop to replace the needle between each one. This is very useful when dealing with a herd of animals that all need the same medication.

This syringe is great when you have several shots to administer. I had a litter of 13 piglets that needed their shots shortly after birth. Historically I would have to refill the syringe after each piglet which is cumbersome and a slow the process down when I was working alone. However this semi automatic syringe allows the syringe to be pre-loaded with the medication at the start and so my only job is catching the piglets and administering the shots. It seemed to go so much faster with this tool and it worked flawlessly. I wish I had a second one as I had to give 2 shots to each piglet. 😀. The tool seems to be really well made and it is easy to use.

This makes things so much easier.We have 16 nigerian dwarf goatsTwo 8 month old kunekune, three 4 month old kunekuneAnd 5 potbelly mixed with wild boar piglets we've had since a few days after birth.And will be getting sheep next week and will be getting emu, highland cows, jersey cows and hefeford by next spring.Instead of having to use a bunch of syringes I can use this. The needles I have screw on to this easily, setting different does is super easy. It's easy to hold and fill. Easy to clean.

I have never used a syringe before so my review is on what I can tell now. It comes with detailed instructions on how to use it and clean it. It seems solidly made and easy to clean. I do not have the livestock yet to use this with so I cannot say how it works in actuality.
