**Q: I know that mate contains caffeine in smaller amounts compared to coffee and green tea. How does the effect feel compared to coffee and tea?**
A: I just looked at the tin and yes you are correct there is Mate in this, It is a lovely taste and I can not really compare a black tea to a Mate. If you love chocolate and Orange I would purchase it.
