Arex Flex Pain Relieving Patch, 1 Pack (6 Patches), Strong Adhesion, Powerful Cool & Hot Dual Effect

These worked good.Helped with my sciatic,back pain.

Decent pain relieving patch. Patch is pretty stretchy and seems to stay in place. As indicated, it seems to have an cooling and then heating effect which the cooling seems to sooth and heating seems to relax. The patch seems to offer limited relief but about the same as any OTC products. This included 6 patches and for the cost seemed to be a decent value.

It is not hot or cold

This product really didn't work well for my pain. I applied a patch before bed, and woke up the next morning with back pain still. It didn't heat up like I had thought it would, it was very minimal, honestly didn't feel any heat at all. The adhesion was good, but it did take me pulling my skin in the opposite direction to remove the patch, which made it less painful.

I have been having lower back aches and shoulder pain and was hoping these would help relieve some of the pain. They did, but unfortunately, they were too strong and gave off almost a burning sensation. I was only able to leave on the pad for a few minutes before I had to change its location several times. Finally, by about the third or fourth change in location, I was able to finally leave it on for a much longer period.

This pain reliever patch is easy to use and really easy to apply. Adheres nicely and stays in place. Patch worked nicely for my husband to use after straining muscles during a training session.

Product shipped quickly and arrived intact.I had some lower back pain (wear and tear) and decided to try one of the patches. Removing the backing was slightly confusing at first, but it is actually very well designed. The patches stretch mainly in the horizontal direction and the backing automatically splits when you give it an initial stretch, making peeling the backing off very easy.It provided some mild sustained analgesic effect, which over time seemed to resolve my back pain for me.As of the time of this review it looks like it is a little more than a dollar a patch, which isn't terrible.It isn't a lidocaine 4-5% product, so it will likely not be as strong as a prescription, but the ingredients are similar to Biofreeze, which a lot of folks consider to be quite effective.

Out of all of the pain patches I've tried, I like this one the most. These patches are not individually packed but wasn't too big of an issue for me. The packaging had an easy tear notch and it was easy to pull apart the backing. While using this product, I didn't have any irritation and had long lasting effective relief. While other patches took too long to apply in the morning due to the lack of easy to use features, this one doesn't. These only take a few minutes to apply and the tear apart backing removes in one pull. All around great product and I recommend these!
