Very good the doctor told me my levels were low so decided to try these very impressed with them.

Bought these after finding my potassium levels were low, taking one per day I have noticed an improvement in energy levels, cramping has decreased, and a slight improvement in muscle strength. So good up to now.They taste slightly salty but not unpleasant, easily swallowed given the split through the centre.Will come back to this review.

Great to have on hand for when I do water fasts. One in the morning and one in the evening. They have kept me nice and stable along with salt to balance my electrolytes. Amazing value too! Thanks a bunch!

These arrive in quite a large plastic bottle and you get 180 tablets. I'm only taking 1 tablet per day so they'll last me a good half a year. Well worth it for the money I feel.Having recently found I have a fairly low potassium level I have used these to supplement my intake along with the variety of fruit and veg that also includes potassium. Definitely have helped as a recent blood test has confirmed. Well recommended as they do what they say on the bottle!

These are great value for 180 tablets. The suggested dose is 2 tabs a day, which provides 1000mg per serving.They are quite big but I find them easy enough to swallow, plus they are indented in the middle, so can easily be split in half.Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.Helpful for my particular health issues.

SIMPLY SUPPLEMENTS Potassium Chloride 500mg tablets x180.Price at time of review £11.49 (or £10.34 with Subscribe & Save).Easy to swallow caplet shaped tablets.These aren’t the cheapest potassium chloride tablets I’ve seen, but they are also highly dosed at 500mg per tablet.I prefer having bigger tubs of daily supplements, so this one with 180 (or 3 months’ worth at 2 per day) suits me perfectly.The bottle didn’t need to be this big - the contents only come half way up the container, which stands at about 5 and 1/4”/ 135mm tall. They’re level with the top of the word “Chloride” on the label.I fully expect these tablets to perform as well as my previous potassium chloride tablets, but if they prove otherwise, I will be back to update my review.Meantime, I’m deducting a star for the combination of the company needlessly using excessive plastic, and silicon dioxide in the formulation, and for being at the more expensive end of potassium chloride tablets.4 stars.
