I was offered this Power Socket , free of charge, for an honest review under the 'Vine' Program.Everyone needs more sockets but, as an electronics enthusiast and repairer, I have never had enough! This item is innovative in it's desk fitment design and, when mounted, it sits at a perfect angle. Ideally, I guess, it would be fitted at the back of your desk against the wall but, as my workspace setup did not allow this, I found that it secures equally well on the side of my desk.The unit is specified to support 2500W total power draw (10A) which is normal for most extension strips, and is ample for me (and most people). In addition to the 3 UK plug sockets, there are two 65W, PD USB ports (1 x Type C & 1 x Type A) and one standard 15W Type C socket. Although sockets are not individually switched, there is an on/off switch for the whole unit.Even better, this socket strip has overload and short circuit protection. Overall, having tested all sockets (including PD functionality) I very impressed.

A great way to get more sockets on my desk without having to have them underneath the desk. This means the ones I am reaching for constantly or the things I just use sometimes can be housed on my desk within easy reach.The inclusion of 2x USB-C and 1x USB-A ports is also extremely useful. The opening for the desk isn't as wide as i'd have liked for my desk but it does fit - but only just.

With a powerful 65W USB output, I can quickly charge my laptop or tablet, while the 1.8m cable gives me plenty of flexibility for placement. I really appreciate the overload switch, which adds an extra layer of safety during use. The surge protection feature gives me peace of mind, especially with all the tech I have plugged in

This is a premium-quality desk-mounted power strip with a power switch, LED illumination, a resettable circuit breaker and three capable USB ports allowing relatively fast charging. Although it comes at a premium price, I think this item is worth the investment if you are looking for a reliable and stylish unit for a modern home or professional workplace.The attached desk-mount bracket can be used in two orientations. Initially, I thought it couldn't be used on my thick-shelved unit, but I discovered that the clamp base can be removed and inverted using an Allen key and screwdriver. This allows the power block to be clamped to surfaces up to 2.3" thick. Alternatively, the clamp could be removed altogether if you prefer.The housing is mostly metal with the end caps, sockets and buttons made from sturdy white plastic. The attached cable is 1.5m in length.

The need for extra sockets seems never ending and it is not always easy to have new ones installed. If such a situation confronts you then it is well worthwhile considering this power strip. It is well made and seems very strong. It is easy to attach to the side of a desk and once attached it is firm and does not slip or slide about. There is an on/off switch meaning it is not necessary to switch it off at the wall socket to which it is attached.Another thoughtful touch is that the strip does not sit flat but is slightly angled so the various sockets are easily seen and accessible. Initially I was surprised at the asking price but becoming aware of the good design and high quality build feel it is a good investment and well worth the price.

This power socket for desks is a convenient and well designed upgrade to any workspace. It has multiple plugs and USB ports and can charge and powering various devices at once (pc, monitors, phones, speakers, etc), as we got here 3 UK plugs and 3 USB ports (2 USB-C and 1 USB-A). The max output is 65W (with PD standard) allowing for fast charging of laptops and smartphones. It also has an overload protection with the built-in 10A overload switch. The clamps are secure, so it mounts to any part of the desk without wobbling and makes the setup organised. The only downside is the price - it's a bit steep compared to other power strips and the cable length is 1.8 (while its ok for me - this length may not be long enough for all setups). To sum up - we get a versatile design, powerful charging capabilities, and sleek appearance. While the price may be a factor, the quality and convenience it gives, justify the cost.

A very robust and well made extension lead which fits comfortably to the back of my desk giving me more options for charging my phone, and other electricals together with the laptop itself. The adjustable clamp is easy to fit and it doesn’t more when I’m pressing and pulling the plugs in and out. It’s not cheap but you pay for quality and this is an excellent option to have additional plugs in a tidy secure way on your desk

Works really well on the desk for easy of access for switch on and off the computer and monitors and also has a few USB charging ports with fast charge for you accessories and phone.Good value and quality.
