Good choice
Great value, tastes good but does need to be diluted in at least 1.5l of water as it is very salty. They do state this on the packaging

Keeping hydrated
Bought this to keep myself hydrated while taking a GLP1. I've seen LMNT electrolytes being recommended by Americans as it's meant to be the best brand out there but I couldn't justify the cost of it. Ive heard of Free Soul for PCOS supplements but didn't know they also did electrolytes so I when saw the ads for this product I looked into it.It has a pleasant taste. As others have said it is salty but that's the point I guess if you're trying to stay hydrated.I'm not a big fan of the Stevia in it but LMNT has it so I settled.I thought about making my own with sugar and salt in water but it has all these extra minerals and vitamins which is helpful as I'm not always great at remembering to take my multi vitamins. It's easy to use as theyre little sachets which you just tear open. The smell is pleasant like the taste. The sachet can be added to 400ml-1L which is a good size as a typical reusable water bottle is around 500ml so I'll typically refill my water a bit with the powder in it still to keep the benefits of the electrolytes.I'll typically use one every other day so that it lasts a little longer and I get the best value for money. I paid around £30 which is a bit much to use it every day but compared to other brands I'm happy to pay for a product which is good quality and has good ingredients.Would be nice if they did more flavours as i would definitely try them (like LMNT does)

Try it - it’s decent
I really like the taste, if you mix at least a litre of water with 1 sachet I find that is the right balance for a nice lemony flavour with a hint of salt. Not miles away from a margarita and I don’t like a salty rim. I would consider adding a dash of tequila for a healthier low abv cocktail. These are good quality, when I was going through egg freezing these were brilliant for keeping me hydrated and keeping headaches at bay, if I didn’t take these I would get a headache so they are doing something

These are great value for money
I love this, after doing extensive research (chat GPT) made comaprisons for me and this came out top. It's got a high content of each ingredients, more so than some other brands, they taste good as well. They are salty due to the high sodium count, but that is what you want in a good quality electrolyte. You get 30 sachets in a pack so you get a months worth and also being in a sachet it's easy to pack, you can take as many as you need for your trip away. I'm taking mine on my beach holiday to replace whatever is lost in sweat

Good all round!
Exactly what you need from a good electrolyte. Nice citrus aftertaste. Yes, you can taste the salt but that's how it should be.

Great product
I can honestly say I have never had electrolytes before. I knew I needed to as I work out 5 x per week. Anyway, I use another product of yours (Myo-Inositol) and I love it. So when I saw you made electrolytes I researched your brand further. Clean and so refreshing. I use it in 1.5l of water and it tastes amazing. Not salty for me, really lush. I’ll be a returning customer for both products from now on

Sadly reminds me of my colonoscopies...
I couldnt give this zero stars, but I wish I could. This is AWFUL TASTING STUFF. I am chronically unwell. I struggle to stay hydrated and drink enough liquids in one day. I also had bowel cancer in 2022 and have had to have MANY colonoscopies since. When you have a colonoscopy in the UK, on the NHS (Save the NHS!), you are given sachets of a FOUL, DISGUSTING, drink I NEVER want to drink EVER again in my life.Imagine my joy when I took a swig of this filth and it took me right back to my bowel cancer diagnosis and an instant vomiting of this putrid libation only to discover that it really isn't potable. Do yourself a favour and find something that tastes of nothing… this is not it.
