Simple, efficient, better than iWatch
I went back to one of these smart watches after about 8 months with an iWatch. The iWatch now loses charge before the end of the day; this watch (much, much cheaper btw) keeps its charge for days. I had one before, but lost the charger cable & replaced it with an iWatch. Disappointed in iWatch. I'm only keeping it charged and on the window sill for when I need to use it to locate my cat via AirTag (you need more than one Apple device going so the AirTag can triangulate location.) This Health Fitness Tracker watch measures all my steps throughout my active day; no need to reply to a message "It looks like you are taking a walk. Record activity?" With this watch, it simply measures my steps, heart rate, blood oxygen level and blood pressure through the day (although I would not count on the BP too much, however it has been pretty close to my cuff BP much of the time so far.)

False readings
This watch is a complete rip off, blood pressure monitor is not correct reading, the heart rate number it gives out is incorrect. This watch is dangerous if u use it for monitoring blood pressure numbers

Nice bright easy-to-read display
I looked around & decided on this watch to track my steps as my other "fitbit" like watch died. I like all the other features it has and really didn't need a text or calling feature - which it doesn't. All good. Once you get it set up on your phone, all the setup features pretty much take care of themselves. Now about the features: face is nice bright, easy to read display and can see time of day just by lifting your hand - stays black rest of time. I liked that . The pulse and blood oxygen are accurate. Like that. Blood pressure, on the other hand, is not so accurate. 3 separate tests with an accurate cuff vs watch. Watch ran at least 20 points high all the time. My cuff told me 116/77, watch told me 144/80. Another test cuff= 120/78, watch read 143/83. Cuff 124/78, watch 141/83. For someone needing to monitor my BP, I know now to deduct about 20? From the watch reading. Lastly, the sleep.function, hmmmm. For some reason, no matter what time I goto bed and fall asleep, it only starts registering my sleep after 11 pm. Then tells me I need to goto bed earlier. I di like being able to see how deeply I sleep or light. Last night I was in a deep sleep for over 60% of the time, that is only after 11pm. Guessing that I slept well prior to 11 as well. Woke up refreshed enough. Oh, I also question the number of steps. My other step counting device always had me 2-3 times higher than this device. I guess they've used an algorithm for someone w very long legs - lol. That's why the step count on this watch are so few - takes me 2-3 steps for each ONE it counts. There you have it. My experiences with this watch. Still think it's a good watch for the $$

Great product at a very good price!
I bought it because I needed a pedometer and was surprised at all the other features it had. In terms of health features such as heart rate, blood pressure blood oxygen it seems to be able to do as well as an Apple Watch for hundreds less. I'm very satisfied.

Inaccurate but works
I bought one for me and my wife. They are cheap so I wasn't expecting much. Which is good cause they barely count my steps properly. It almost seems to count my steps from my phone only. Has some useful things it can do though like music control, moderately accurate heart rate, and weather is about all I trust on the. The "blood pressure" is off by about 8 everytime. I know this cause I was wearing this while in the ER where they put me at 121/84 and the watch had me at about 118/78. Soo pretty inaccurate. Also the blood oxygen levels random drop at night. Not really sure what going on there but cause me a bit anxiety to be honest. All being said great price point for a entry level watch. Not for you fitness fanatic though.

Not happy
I play golf and walk pushing a cart. You tracker does not register steps or miles accurately. With my Fitbit the 28 holes tracks at 4.5 miles. Your tracker only registers 2.2 miles. I would like to return it for full credit. Would you please help me do that. Purchased on 1/18/2025Burley Adkins

Not happy to thrilled with this tracker
Originally I wanted to return this. The problem the instructions are too small to read and terrible. However I now after a few weeks love this tracker. I just used it to replace my Blaze Fitbit and Fitbit check 5. Amazing also the BP feature seems very accurate. I have crossed checked it with an actual BP monitor. I love this tracker buy it and save a lot of cash
