my kid, age 9, gets really motion sick so after reading reviews i decided to try this because they had a field trip involving a long bus ride coming up. i gave one to them before leaving the house & it worked all day. i sent them to school with extra but it wasnt necessary.they totally hated the taste but agreed the trade off was worth it because feeling terrible for hours is worse than 30 seconds of gross i think its because it has fake sweetener instead of real, and that can taste super bitter if you arent used to it
